I'm yet to have the time needed for a TF these days (end of college semester)...TFs so need a "savepoint" feature...

They do, just like any mission arc. If the team all logs out between missions, you can all come back and finish the next day. As long as the group agrees on a time to come back the next night and everyone logs out without quitting the TF, you can do any TF over two nights, maybe even three. You won't be able to join any other teams on that character, but that's what alts are for!
The longest the ITF has taken me has been 2:19 and that was because we had a team member who was crashing a lot and had super long load times and we spent a lot of time waiting. It's not long at all if you know what you're doing. Teams who aren't communicating and don't have a plan can take much longer or even fail.

TFs have always been this way.
How do you think people manage to do the Quarterfield TF? Ain't no way I could sit through that in a single setting. Only did it once though, over two nights. Took about 12 hours ! Yea slow team. This was before IO's though

Actually I did think that people did it that way.....perhaps with couple breaks, but still all in a single volley....
Is there a limit to how many times the members can be logged off without the whole thing resetting?

As long as no one hits "Quit Task Force" they can log on and off indefinitely.
The trick is getting everyone to come back at the same time. Especially if it's a PuG TF team.
We don' need no stinkin' signatures!
Well, now that I know of this feat, it can get quite easy to organize couple TFs with my SG/Coal, since most of us play at more or less the same time.
But yeah, on a PuG it sounds anything but possible.

Yes, if you have an SG/Coalition group you run with, it should be very easy! Just make sure everyone gets zone access to Cim on the characters they want to bring. You may want to make it a three night event - one to unlock it and two to run the TF.
Good luck and have fun! And if you haven't done the Hess TF yet, make that one your next stop. That one is also pretty short (~2 hours), but you need someone on the team who has unlocked the contact by doing the last two arcs in Stiga. (This can be done via Oroborous.) You should also try the Eden Trial, if you haven't done that one!

I sure will!
Just for the record, ingame or something is there anywhere where such info is present?
'Cus I truly think that the big chunk of the community is oblivious to this feature.
And because I think we missed the whole point of this thread:
Before the ITF!
After the ITF!
Ooooh, thanks for the pic, shiny~
As for options, how many are there?
1 for Chest Detail, 2 for Gloves/Boots, 1 for Belts and 1 for Shoulders?
And how many for helms?
It is under the "half helm" option, right?
One Helmet/Four Crests/Two Faceplates.
One Shoulders.
Two Gauntlets (One gloved/One Bare Hand but single-color).
Two Chest Detail.
No Belt.
One Kilt.
Two Boots (One full-coverage/One Sandaled but single-colored).

My time was 4:37, and we did it in a single sitting. Just about everyone was up in the middle of the night, and my German friend Queen was up until morning and beyond.

So....any of us "costume whores" actually did the ITF and has some nice pics with the Roman Armor pieces?

Awesome costumes (I so need a Rularuu something...is there a Claws or Bow?).
Oooh, and the parts look pretty good!
Kind of turned down since the one I truly wanted was "Positron"'s helm....oh well.
Btw, is there any brooch option?
I remember seeing someone with what seemed to be a new brooch, but could've been just those skull ones, I couldn't take a really good look at it.
no, claws gets screwed with new weapons

But, but, I remember clearly reading a psot by BaB where he mentions he did make a Rularuu Claw or something! D=

If everyone logs off, the current mission will reset - but unless you quit out of the TF, you don't have to redo the completed missions.

He did, but I think there were problems with it so they didn't put it in for the time being.
Goodbye, I guess.
