Edition 41 of "The City Scoop” a publication for Supers by Supers!

The City Scoop continues to deliver player news, events, and flavor directly to your doorstep! This edition features some Issue 12: Midnight Hour recaps, as well as highlights from PvP, upcoming events, and more tasty treats.
