There should be oodles and oodles of Photoshop tutorials available online. What in particular are you wanting to learn about?
Mostly in regards to coloring pictures . I figured id ask and get directed towards the ones my fellow art folks have already looked over and liked as opposed to grabbing a random one in a google search .

Layers are your friends. So is the undo button. 
I can't think of any decent tutorials offhand (that haven't been linked already), but you're always welcome to bother me over PMs if you want.
If you're brand! shiny! new! to the use of a tablet, though, I HIGHLY recommend you use these exercises to get your hand used to using the tablet and become more precise with it. Trust me - you'll need it.

<3 layers, I work in Illustrator on cel shading stuff so its a bit different, but there is no such thing as too many layers for a working file

Those are standard drawing exercises that will help you in all aspects of drawing. I would recommend that even normal pen and paper artists practice that.
