Sounds good to me. Nice work!
Costume pieces awarded during the 2007 Valentines event are once again available to players that have earned them.
I dont think I ever looked at what those pieces were I earned. So they werent available this whole time? Anyone have pics?

Rikti Invasions
* Changed default channel for Rikti Invasion broadcast messages to System instead of Admin
Powers
* The Power of the Hamidon effect will be removed automatically if you are no longer on a Task Force.
* Sounds changed for Sonic Resonance - Disruption field
* Devouring Earth Lichen no longer give XP.
* Infernals Altar has had its health reduced again.
Badges
* Heroes who get a Villain Mission badge (and Villains who get a Hero Mission badge) will have that badge immediately revoked. Characters who already have badges for missions that they should not be able to access due to which side they are on, will have those badges revoked as well.
* The Villain Disruptor badge meter will display correctly again. No previous or current progress was lost.
Tailor
* Costume pieces awarded during the 2007 Valentines event are once again available to players that have earned them.
User Interface
* Added a cancel button to the Check Name feature.
* Made an additional change to how the User Interface stores window opacity settings to ensure that any changes are saved correctly.
CITY of HEROES
Tasks
* Fixed bug in 3rd respec trial that would sometimes send players to a mission door in the old Rikti Crash Site.

I know the "Defeat signature villains" Safeguard badge meter showed up on my Brute, so I assume that's at least one of them.
I'm glad they're removing the badge from people who already have it. It's fair that way.

Will there be an in-game notice for non-forum readers about the change to the Rikti Invasion notices? I was in-game for a bit this afternoon and noticed that they are now so unobtrusive that if someone doesn't know what to look for or what channels to include in their chat windows, they will miss the announcements. How about a MOTD including an explanation that they are labeled [Vanguard] and are green text messages now?
I'm not complaining, but I do think some people may completely miss the new announcements completely.

I've got 2 accounts and 7 characters that I use on an extremely regular basis, best I can figure I've petioned these dolts at leat 10 times in the last week for spamming me with tells about thier stupid site.
BTW, is there a way to global ignore someone without knowing thier global handle? o.O
I'd really love it if I could just ignore them globally instead of having to ignore 1 toon at a time on each toon I have when they seem to create/delete toons on such a frequent basis

After they send you a tell, just hit the Backspace key and then remove the comma after their name and replace the /t with /gignore and it will put them on global ignore even if you don't know their global handle.
Then after you get their global handle send your petition using that and their character name.

There were some "Board train" missions that villains could enter via a portal that acts like a train door in rwz.
Apparently that lead to some badges being given out that are forbidden. Wow, funny how the devs get all riled up about some badges.

Will someone please tell me where these pieces are located? I just went to Icon and cannot find them in Tights or in Tights with Skin. I know this toon earned them because she is wearing them in a different costume already. When I checked this costume to see where it was located it appeared ON TOP (not above) of the NONE in the Tights category.
Usually if they appear on top of the none option that means it was the last one used on your character. They should be sorted alphabetically though and if not then the option will be near the bottom of the list or at the bottom.

I think the previous poster meant that the name of the item literally appeared on tip of the word "None" as in typed directly over it, almost obscuring the word "None"... I've had that happen with options that are no longer available or that are not available in the current list without other choices being made in other areas (i.e., patterns that don't show up in the regular list of patterns unless you've chosen a specific style of item).

That's what I thought too but it is not listed anywhere that I can find. I have now looked on 3 different toons, all that I know for certain did earn them.

I so wish I had some hacker friends that I could sic on gold-farming websites... 
Hey, maybe the Devs could make that some kind of paper/scanner mission. You have to go bust up a group of gold-farmers in an abandoned office... hehehe

I ended up with two villain only mayhem location badges due to a number of Arena glitches that dumped my hero into some poor villain teams mayhem mission
Oh sure, reduce the hp on Infernal's altar *three days after* I had to stand there pounding on the thing for 20 minutes.... o.o' sigh.
I do agree: adding a Message of the Day announcing the change to the Admin/System rikti warning thing would be a smart move.
