that's what i don't get why not just talk in the old thread about what ever topic was at hand.

like the #3 things mentioned above are a never ending cycle .

kinda like the whole "first post after dev" mentality .

after awhile it just gets old and un funny ,no matter the circumstances .

it's still just the endless cycle.

Yeah pretty much. This is the craziness of the necro-posting rule. The only just reason for the rule against necro posting I can see is that many times it brings up an issue where the devs said something (because only posts where they post are still around) that very well may have been contradicted or modified later.

But as you note, if you post a new thread, even linking the old threads, people come out to troll talking about dead horses and all that.

IMO, the whole "Search first" nonsense should be against the rules and those who frequently bring it up dealt with as trolls should be.

The City of Heroes Community is a special one and I will always look fondly on my times arguing, discussing and playing with you all. Thanks and thanks to the developers for a special experience.

Actually, on the subject of the actual thread topic....

Whatever happened to CuppaJo? I realize his original post said he was going to be the thread moderator for Tabula Rasa, but.... That game is now permanently shut down, so....

Anyone know where Cuppa disappeared to? Came back here? Went to a different company? No one knows?

Last I heard NCSoft let her go a bit before Tabula Rasa shut down. There was a day when NCSoft laid off a lot of people and April Burba (CuppaJo) was one of them.

If Lighthouse 'sucked' as you say.
Then he 'sucked' no more or less than CuppaJo did.
Then Ex Libris 'sucked'.
Then anyone who ever has worked on these boards have 'sucked'.

For you see, none of them really 'sucked'. They made have done things or said things that weren't popular with you, but never have they 'sucked' as you put it.

Cuppa was as flawed as the rest of the reps have been.

But any flaws were human nature flaws and to be not only overlooked but expected.

No one is perfect, and in that simple fact, everyone is human.

What was the point of taking a poke at a rep who hasn't been at his job in awhile anyway?

For the record, I don't take the side of anyone, not Cuppa, Lighthouse, Ex, any of the reps.
