Babbage vs Kronos Titan

Kronos has the advantage of having some really high damage attacks... Babbage has... a slap and elecric blots...
Ok... I gotta ask... can you spawn Kronos in Skyway? I thought he only spawned in Founders' Falls... I have been away from CoH for a few months, so I could use some re-education on this...
My money is on Kronos.

The only place he wont spawn is Atlas Park.
I've seen him in Talos and he has apparently spawned in the Hive aswell.

kronos has been spawned in Siren's call.
The Kronos can be spawned in any zone except the PvP zones, Atlas, and Galaxy.
He used to be able to spawn in PvP zones, but the devs fixed that right before a big player event on Victory (we had 8 people get the Kronos mission up and we were going to spawn them all in Bloody Bay at the same time, but the devs thwarted our event! As a side note, the police drones in Skyway now have the Kronos titan badge).
On a Kronos v. Babbage fight...my money is on the Kronos. It has more HP. Once they're both in melee however, it's the Kronos footstomp attack vs. Bash from Babbage. Dunno which is better but I'm betting they're both similar enough that it doesn't matter.
Since this has some upcoming implications to me, which mission spawns the Kronos Titan ambush?

His blasts have a -regen component, plus babbage wasted a lot of time summoning cogs that were promptly one-shotted by the Kronos footstomp

Actually, just this week (Monday) some folks on Triumph managed to get Kronos to spawn in Siren's Call. I was there to witness him in all his glory and see about 40 villains take him down.
I'm going to say babbage may have a shot, as it may be able to hold Kronos for a bit (I'm pretty sure it has tesla cage).

I'm not suprised. Not sure there is any monster or AV that babbage can defeat. He (It? Anyone sure what the clockwork king is imagining here?) don't hit very hard at all.

I'd love to see Kronos fight another Kronos in GC.
One without a Cog-killing AOE, maybe? Is there such a critter?

Psychic Babbage Vs. Kronos.
I was thinking maybe someone with some great demo editing skills can make this match up really happen? 
When I am extremely bored I like to try really dumb things out, so far a group of friends have confused several monsters/av into fighting each other. The first one was when diabolique fought infernal, and she kick his butt hardcore. Then we confused three sappers against kronos titan but his end bar didn't move like we expected.
Our next goal is spawn babbage and kronos titan in skyway and confuse them into fighting. Everyone says kronos will win, but I so want babbage too.
