As far as I know, there aren't any accolade powers in CoV yet.
I might be wrong though, and if I am, someone will be along to correct me shortly.

Could we get a hint as to how many?
I would assume rough parity with the hero accolades. Different requirements, but the same basic reward. There probably won't be a Conspiracy Theorist badge, but maybe a similar accolade which gives a different silly useless temp power, and so on.

It's also good for a couple dozen lines of fake-n00b spam at Hami raids.
My first "turning point" in this city was during the Rularuu Invasion, and charging in with my BS/Regen Scrapper. Skyway City, at Level 10. It went...poorly.

1. Accolades are not Temp powers. There's no limit on how long or how many times you can use an accolade power.
2. I like to use it on AVs after hitting the Vangaurd medal. 
Of course I just got my Crey Pistol yesterday.
Today I found out there's a 7th Accolade power from doing the Katie TF and all the other stuff in that zone. Whoever runs the web site coh.warcry.com really needs to update their site. They didn't have that accolade listed and the arenas are still listed on the site as Construction sights. lol Need to make a cov.warcry.com allso.

As soon as issue 7 hits the test server, someone's going to hack the data files and pull all the information about new badges out of it and we'll get a nice list. Of course Cryptic has also put bogus info in them before just for that reason.

My concern is that when Issue 7 goes Live, people will receive accolades at their current level. If you malefactor to someone, you lose powers and accolades you earned after the level you melefactor to. So, if you actually satisfied the requirements for an Atlas Medallion-like accolade at 25, and you receive the accolade at 40, then the accolade would not be available if you malefactored down to level 30. It's a minor issue of course, but it would be nice if the accolade roll-out didn't work this way.

It's pretty arguable that several of the existing CoH accolades aren't "meant" for <40 toons anyway, and only a couple of them are really do-able for a non SKd 30+, so it's not like "we wuz robbed!"
In any case, it's entirely possible that the new accolades will be based on exisitng badges, and anyone who was active and diligent while leveling up may be granted one of more the day they log in after i7 hits.
If you chose to level up to 40 before you went badge hunting, welll that was your choice, I should think.

That actually wasn't my concern. Just to clarify, I'm concerned that even if I satisfied an accolades requirements at, oh say level 25, if my now level 40 character is awarded the accolade, the accolade will be considered as "having been earned at level 40". Clearly in my example I would have gotten said accolade at 25, and it would be available to my now level 40 character if he malefactored down to 30. I personally don't have a problem with losing accolades when you exemp/malefactor below the level at which you earned them. It kinda rewards the obsessive people who go out of their way to earn badges and accolades as soon as humanly possible.
If the accolade is smart enough to know when I actually satisfied its requirements (i.e. there is a table of badges earned with player ID's and their level and date when they obtained them or something) then I have nothing to worry about.
Well since the accolades themselves have a level tag on them, I'd kind of like to think that the badges do too. They just don't have a any buffs or powers to shut off.
Flipside to that, it's entirely possible that no badge has a level tag, just the accolade powers themselves. In fact that makes more sense, and doesn't bode well unless the Accolade Awarding code they use when they activate them is pretty clever

Unfortunatly for me I didn't start going badge hunting till just a couple weeks ago. I was level allready level 50 so no matter what level I EX down to I can't use my accolade powers because I recived them at 50.
I don't think this should be done with powers like that. Even Temp Powers like the void hunter rifle is still avalible if you Malfactor down to level 2.
Maybe with Accolades insted of reading what level you actully got the Accolade it should read the lowest possible level you could get the accolade without SKing up.
In other words if all the Badges you need for Geas of the Kind ones can be recived by level 36 then you shouldn't loose the power unless you EX to a lower level. Likewise if you cheated and SKed up to get said badges you won't actully be able to use them till you reach 36.
In this way the lazy level 50s who had no accolades till after level 50 can still use some if not all accolades when they EX down and really low level characters who are too lazy to actully play the game won't be able to use their Accolades because they shouldn't have the Fake Nemesis badge at level 10 in the first place.
I've been running around on my level 50 hero gathering the badges needed for all the accolade powers on CoH.
Seeing as how alot of badges differ between hero and villain I was wondering...
Do villains even have any accolade powers they can earn and do they give the same or different effects from the one's heroes earn.
