And lo.. the horrer that was Mantid was put to rest by our valiant kitteny hero. Though no horror is truely ever completely defeated. To prevent such a thing from happening again his parts were spread across the four corners of the globe.. in hopes that the beast would never rise again!

I just wonder how when ever there's a mention of an update of some sort, it always digresses into complaints and comparisons and discussions of some sort of nerf/buff issue. I'm not upset, I just don't understand the logic of how it got to this point since there are no nerfs or buffs that I recall coming in I7.
I just wish there was more info on what's to come

Seriously, some like to complain, some like to disagree and some like to post. As for me, home with 2 little ones under 2 years old, you guys are my only adult conversation and I hate daytime tv.

If we bake the kiddies can we all have a slice of the infamous pies of the eyes that once beheld the shining orbs that created our reality and made us own our? Shall we carve them up and bury them in the garden like twice old cabbage down with the cat and up through the front gate, hoping for nothing more than a breif rest before the next one hits us, hurting and lonesome in the midnight air.
Oh how distressing it is to be locked away with only the incessant babble of people who don't have their wits for company and the constant smell of bodily filth hanging in the air, the shouts as tormentors approach and the quiet of the enforced napping. AND THIS STUPID JACKET HASN'T BEEN WASHED IN A WEEK! It smells! They think I can't smell it because it's me, but I CAN!
And the bloodstains resemble the face of Walter Mathou... it's very distrubing. Especially when he does his Odd Couple routine... I WISH HE'D SHUT UP ALREADY!

The in-game character will be in Grandville (I heard) giving out a TF to villains, I think. The dev that used the board name Lord Recluse is no longer here.
I'm guessing the hero turns villain, vice versa, trial is a long... LONG ways off.

I believe that complaints about people complaining about I7 have exceeded the actual complaints people have posted about I7.

I believe you're right. Aside from a couple of trite 'kicked in the nads' comments, the criticism has been fairly mild with the grumbling barely audible after a few days.
2 kids under 2 years... You know, through advances in medical science... they figured out what causes that!
Play the game more... and make sure you are sitting down facing the computer! 
And dont watch any of those movies they've been talking about!

How is City of Heroes receiving new base items when City of Heroes DOESN'T HAVE BASES?!
i5...i6...i7.... I'm so lost in all these issues and "fixes" this game is losing its appeal. 
Pre-i5 the game was fun, exciting, and I loved playing for HOURS a day....Then you decided you needed to "fix" things.... Ok fine. Then ED comes along and you "fix" things somemore...... Ok fine. How much more are you going to "fix", and keep taking or reducing powers, before this goes from "City of Heros", to "City were normal people with little to no powers are dressed in funny costumes" One of the most funny aspects of the game as of late for me has been base development. I find it relaxing and a cool cretive realease. Well now thats screwed too. My SG is the #3 ranked SG on Champion as far as prestige goes, and our base expansion is on a permanant freeze because of the way the prestige amounts being what they are. I mean seriously you want to upgrade to plot #5? Ok no problem just give us EleventyBillion Prestige and its all yours!! oh you want upgraded power supply with that? ah, 55 gazillion Prestige more plz.
I mean I crunched a few numbers, and at the current rate of prestige being earned by my SG each month, we will have just enough (barely) every month to cover our rent for the base.... And thats if we all keep killing ourselves mass hours everyday to earn the prestige. But what if some of us leave on a vacation, or have a simple computer or R/L problem that keeps us offline for a set time period? We need to worry about losing our base???? This is getting insane!!!! I truely love this game, but I refuse to kill myself day in, and day out trying to keep up with "fixes" that you DEVS keep putting into place.....Age of Empires 3 is a beautifully done game, and I think its calling to me, and My 3 NCsoft accounts to go with me, and see if the grass is greener there. I know nothings perfect..... but I can think of eleventy gazillion reasons I should go try my gaming skills there then here. To those of you in My SG I wont just leave you over night, I will make sure things are put in place and the group will continue after I leave, I just feel sadened for those of you that will put so much work and time into your characters, just to once again have it ruined by i8,or i9, or i492 for that matter because its never going to stop. The DEV's have focused their attention to CoV, and we are thrown a freakin bone to keep us quiet (pocket D) well I dont like bones sorry.

It is a shame that you have chosen to ignore the people who tried the City of Villains addon and didn't like it. I will be checking back when Issue 8 rolls around. Maybe by then there will be more to the game than hack and slash for 50 levels.

One would call an Update for CoV I1, or 2 normally, and an update to CoH I7. You are making a statement that is like Microsoft calling an update to Windows as an Update to Office...because you get new fonts, and mouse pointers.

Yea this is pretty bad. The people that have just COH are pretty much getting walked over. While those with COV get everything new. Sure the games aren't equal and this will make them be, but the patches before were to get ready for villians and after to finish it off?
The people with COH have waited for something new for months and month and have got nothing. You don't alienate one group to improve another.
