Ok, I killed a ton of bosses in PO, np, but am I wasting time with the LTs?

I got this badge the other day, Was right near 200 bosses when i got it.
Anyone gotten the following badges yet?
Bling badge and Most Wanted badge
I have over 1mil Infamy, assuming it is infamy you need for the bling badge.
I have gotten the Wanted badge (pvp missions) and the Agent Provocateur badge (50 pvp missions). It is said that the Most Wanted badge is awarded for doing 10 pvp missions. Since i have the 50 pvp mission badge you'd think i would have the Most Wanted.
Could the Most Wanted badge be awarded in Sirens Call for deafeating 10 of the Most Wanted heroes?
currently pvp badges are bugged, so most wanted is got be doing a patrol (iirc). as for infamy, the bling badge is for 1mil accumulated through defeating enemies and doing missions, etc.
ho hum, roll on i7/1, thats when i would hope to see badge progress bars... would be nice.
17 Marcone Capos later, and I have the Gangbuster badge, WOOT!
Thanks again for the info.

yes it is. Its behind a truck on the west side back of building. There are some sites with the new current loc for it.
Dunno if anyone posted it, but Archmage Tarixus gives a quest to sacrifice a soul crystal in an Oranbegan base. After completing it, he rewards you with the Soul Taker badge.
Anyone know where is CoV you can find these so called Bone Daddies?
only in skull missions, pretty much the same with troll bosses
www.CoHGuru.com is pretty much up to date and keeps getting updated (Astartus is responsible for that).

One thing to keep in mind about the infamy/influence badges is that inf gained from selling enhancements doesn't count toward the badge.

Another Badge Confirmation:
Electrician- Defeat 100 Gremlins in C.A.D.
This also unlocks the "Gremlin" Gladiator Badge.

It's not 100. I've just killed about 109 and still no badge
[edit]
I counted 119 Gremlin's killed today before I got the badge. I know I killed at least 1 maybe 2 before today. But 120 seems like an odd number needed for a kill badge.

Now I have a question. All the kill x number of y monster badges. Do ones that you kill in a mission count towards that. I seem to remember taht in CoH they did. Doesn't seem like they do here. And I'm pretty sure that some of the badges aren't working correctly. I've killed 300+ Council and still no badge, damn werewolves. Same with CoT and Raiders. And I got the badge for dying x number of times in teh middle of a mission in which I never died.
They do, indeed, work from within missions.
Hell - used to be the only way to concievably get the paragon protector badge was from a mission.

That's for working off debt, not gaining it.

I'm guessing though that most of them are for lieutenants or bosses rather than the minions. Considering the number of Council and CoT I have killed both in mission and out.
Another Question. The Spectral and Pirate badges. How close to the ghosts need to be to the symbol need to be so that their captured? Some of the time I can tell for sure that theoir capture but most of the time I can't. Its really irritating having to run out shot them once and then run back to the symbol.
For those who are interested, I've a pretty solid story arc / badge mission listing available here.
Catching ghosts is quite tricky when you are overleveled (they are gray cons). I would say anything beyond 15ft or so from the trap wouldn't count, but that's just my approximation. We had the best luck with a Brute with Taunt.
They need to come up with some sort of effect or marker that shows when ghost will count. Would be nice to see a blinky effect around a ghost when he's in range, and then you know it's good.

Here are a few pieces of advice I can give on getting certain badges in CoV:
Skulls: there are skulls in Mercy, but no Bosses, so it's really best to snag a newspaper mission (or get a lowbie who can get one) then form a full group and kick up the difficulty.
Hellions: same. You won't see many bosses unless you have a full group of 8 though.
Silver Bullet: hunting the beaches at night in Sharkhead. There's also a place they spawn 24hr a day in shark, but I don't know it.
The Slayer: best source or Vampyri I've found is the Silver Mantis SF (gotten from an SG mission computer).
Banished Pantheon Masks: there is one mission about the Scroll of Tiklekki (sp) that spawns BP, but we could not get it to spawn Masks, only Totems. Its possible that if the mission holder is 25 or less, or the right mix of party size/ mission dificulty, the Masks would spawn, but we didnt take the time to experiment.
Trolls: I'm told there are certain missions that send you to Paragon and you can get the badge. I've seen the badge, but I couldnt get specific info on what contact/level was needed.
Gangbuster: the Jack pot area of St Martial is an excellent hunting ground if you're high enough lvl. Great xps too, just beware of the Pet Bug. The bosses tend to summon Singularities, and currently Summoned pets are not guaranteed to be -1 of their master. Our crew got wrecked by a L52 singularity, and we saw a range of 24-52 all spawning from L34-36 bosses. Not common, but it does happen.
Untouchable: its still possible to get this badge in CoV, just kill Family bosses that are not Marcone.
Coralax Blue Hybrid (gladiator badge): the Oil Spill area in Oakes is a good place for a simple hunt. They also spawn in Sharkhead and Nerva if you want xps.

Damned do spawn in Port Oakes, found some of them in Dockside and Oil Spill while I was doing my Gangbuster hunt. Running a lowbie's missions like you suggest would probably be faster, though.
Yes, you are wasting time on the LTs. The only ones you should be killing are Marcone Capos for Gangbuster. It took me about 4 hours of just killing them solo to get the badge. Sometimes you'll get lucky and find 2 of them exiting a building, but be careful because they'll make a break for the nearest van to escape.
A generalization for looking for the bosses are bald guys in white suits and guys in black suits wearing white hats. Granted, there are other guys that wear white and black, and with some graphics options you need to be fairly close to make out the detail, but it helps for passing by groups of guys in purple and red.
