Wanted to put a note in here that wailer queen gladiator is attached to 3rd held badge for COV only it seems.

Only PvE.

Ice Thorn Casters and Rikti Mentalists are the way to go I think, for villains.

Taser, I'm pretty sure it counts in PvP.

I got my first mez badge while I was idling around in Warburg with an ice 'troller friend stacking holds on me.

Oh yeah, one more thing.

My lowbie MM just earned Spider Smasher. No Wolf Spider gladiator, though. I'm thinking it's probably tied to something else that's really similar but not the same - for example, killing 300 wolf spiders. Whaddya guys think?

I just earned Spider Smasher and Wolf Spider Enforcer two days ago.

Also, Hold badges are confirmed in Warburg.

Whoot, sounds good to me. I'll try Warburg out tonight. If it does work, I should get my third held badge and Wailer Queen there.

Weird. Think I should /bug Spider Smasher not giving me the wolfspider gladiator, then?

There has been quite a bit of confusion about this, so I'll try to describe it as precisely as I can.

I was trying for the "irridated"(5 hours in bloody bay) badge, which also awards the "Shivan Destroyer" gladiator badge. I logged in my brute at 3 PM. After checking the keyboard every 15 minutes, it was 8 PM. I logged out, then logged back in. BAM I was awarded both badges upon logging back into the game. Not once did I zone out of bloody bay, or into a mission.

So there you have it, 5 hours, not necessarily consecutively, without zoning out in any way. Once you have 5 hours, log out, then log in.

I had to log out before I was awarded the badges as well.

Also earned Wailer Queen glad badge today with the Dazed and Confused badge

Ok I'm tearing my hair out. What is the best way to get the SG healing badge in CoV. I've spent hours and hours healing SG members, team members, non-SG members, the works and that line refuses to move. =(

Is it a SG member thing? Do pets count? Do they have to be in your group?

healing badges only work if actual damage is healed. healing people that are already at full health has no affect for badges. also, there's an issue with dull pain that any damage past the max hp without dull pain doesn't count towards the damage badge so i imagine its the same for the healing badges.
the sg healing badges take a ton of healing to get as well.

Ok sarcasim aside, I was just wondering because some folks I have spoken to said the got their healing sg badge fast.

If I manage to get it to move I'll post somethere here . =D

To my understanding you just can't spam heals on them......they actually need to have taken damage.

And I don't think pets count.......they SHOULD but that is another issue.

Pets DO count. I solo'd my MM most of the way to 40 and got 2 heal badges just healing pets.

[/ QUOTE ] any healing you do in sg mode counts, I just sit in BB and SC and heal and heal and heal... oh and heal. Or you can get a team of you sg mates that are healers and MF down. 4 lil bruties with no toggles yet and each one keeps the brute healed. thats healx4=happy tummy rubbing

Can you confirm this is true for Controller/Defender/Corrupter/Dominator pets, too? Or just MM ones? They're effectively different classes of creatures.

Several months ago my Dark Defender got her healing badge while hunting solo with her Dark Servant, so I either got it for healing the pet, for the pet healing me, or the pet healing itself...

Yeah, that's hardest to tell, since Fluffy's the only healing pet.

I was healing SG mates who were jumping off a building but after a decent amount of time, the bar didn't seem to budge. Could be just because SO much healing points is required.

I did however get my first personal healing badge for that character.

One of the SG mates was a MM and he took his pets down with him that could follow him back up with SJ. So it was, pretty much, 6 targets being healed. Around 500 to 900 HPs each, maybe an hour of this test.

Nearest I can tell based on these posts, I just need to do as one post suggested, have us healers go into a mission with a few brutes detoggled and grind out the points. At the very least thats exp, infamy and prestige too.

I am currently working on the 2 Family Badges. It lists the first one as Cursh Family Bosses to earn this Badge. The second one as Defeat the Leaders of the Family to earn this badge. Well the first one seems to be moving along ok, I'm farming the bosses in St Martial. But the second badge won't move past a sliver into it. Is it for Mooks? Or another type of Marcone Boss?
