About the Paragon Regulators: Formed right after the Rikti Invasion, the Paragon Regulators are a group of volunteer heroes with a single purpose - to rid Paragon City of all crime. Like the original Regulators, who dedicated themselves to keeping drugs and crime off the streets, the Paragon Regulators clean up the city, from the lowliest purse snatcher to extremely dangerous Super Villains. Whether it's patrolling in King's Row or venturing into Recluse's Victory, Paragon Regulators have seen it all, and have many war stories to go with their endevours.
Details:
Recruitment is open to any casual player looking to ally with other casual players while getting all the SG benefits.
Age is not a prerequisite, but we do value good personal character, clean humor, maturity, good tactics, and an ability to type without caps lock on permanently 
We are a SG composed of volunteers and accept any archetype or origin into our membership. We believe that variety is the key to success, and that overspecialization leads to weakness. The more varied kinds of heroes we have in our ranks, the better!
We currently allow any main or alt into the SG. This policy will change if/ when we hit the max member cap.
Currently we have four coalitions with the Steel Paladins, "The Slayerz", Star Warrioirs, and G.H.O.S.T. Squad.
Base:
We currently have a moderate-sized base. Although we don't yet have a teleporter to every city zone, it will probably be our next expansion within the next month or two, depending on Prestige.

The League of Extraordinary Felines is a new SG to Triumph looking for active members. We are a Cat based SG, so characters must have the appearance of a Cat. In the place between places, in the moment between moments, a vibration echoes discordantly in the ocean of nothing. When last this chord was struck, its meaning was unknown. It was the malaise of mystics and madmen, the stirring of sleeping spirits. It became disaster. We hear it again, those of us who haunt the corner of humanity's eye. But this time, we know what it means. This time, we will be ready.
Protectorate Hermeticum is recruiting magic-themed characters. Magic origin is not required, as long as the character has some connection to the mystical world - scholars and madmen, angels and demons, ghosts, goblins, witches and warlocks are all welcome to join. In short, the Protectorate would like to gather those of occult mind or nature to fight the coming Rikti menace.
The Protectorate has a small, but functional base. New recruits will have immediate access to a personal vault, an inventions worktable, a radiation emulator (for converting tech base salvage to temporary buffs), and a telepad to Terra Volta and Croatoa. In addition, the Protectorate's coalition partners have telepads giving access to most, if not all, of Paragon City. Initial base-building priorities include a resurrection circle and expanding "home" telepad access.
Aside from the mystic theme, the flavor and policies of the group will largely be determined by active recruits. I'm holding off on making formal rules and guidelines until we get a critical mass of players. The Revenants: We are a group of fun love'n and loyal friends. We like to have a good time and joke around, and while we do not condone snipeing players from other VGs we are proud that players have wanted to join us just because of how much fun we have on teams and in CO chat. We have a very strong core set of leaders. Weve learned from being in other VGs to discuse all things and vote on 90% of the decisions made. One of our motos is, We help those that help the SG. And we mean that. You would be hard pressed (if youre a loyal sg member and NOT just there to used the teleporters) to ask for help and not find a handfull of toons willing to drop a mish and come run'n to your side!
Base: We have 3 Bases. The main REVENANTS base is the 3rd largest plot. Its raid ready, and is used for members lvl 20 and up. The BBlades base is again the 3rd largest plot. Raid ready and used for lvls 19 and below. Both bases have everything you could need including telepads to all zones. The Revenants 2nd Front base is mostly for sg meetings and a salvage storage, plus we dont restrict alts so spill overs go in there.
Ventrilo: We have it but only a handfull use it. We have an EXTREAMLY active CO even more so now that we use the 3 bases....errr so much infact that one of the SGs we are in CO with offered us the Vent (we think to shut us up something we are not sure we are proud or ashamed of yet 
)
Costume Restrictions/Uniform: Not realy. How ever for people with 3+ costume slots we would like to see them make the VG uniform. While it isnt NEEDED to be done it is needed to get the BIG star promo.
Prestige Requirements: Nope none, however you are able to get promos by the prst you earn. So if you are fine without any promos you dont need to earn.
Activity Requirements: We are very giving when it comes to this. Even more so for people who are most helpfull in the VG
