Gonna have to find that Icy Wind character and stomp her into several different pieces. That or send Dr. Light after her. That'll work too.
For some reason I'm seeing something like The Rogue Isle Tribune.

I can safely say that Gilgamesh- err, Mr. Turner was not drunk at the time. He was brutally beaten and reporternapped.

I knew this would happen one day. He kept telling me that the readers wanted more in-depth reporting. So he started to take risks. He wanted to do more hard-hitting stuff.
Now this... poor guy. I hope he turns up some day. I'm going to miss him.

Funny, halfway through the article I was thinking to myself "Gee self, I bet something happens to Jackson in the next article. It almost seems like they're setting us up to relate to Jackson more with this article, to set us up to feel a 'loss' of sorts." Then I hit the end. I'm surprised it happened sooner rather than later.

Things are very mundane for it being my birthday and all. Not much going on in Paragon City from what I've heard. On the plus note I recieved a wonderful gift of a head in a box. It's something I had always wanted. It'll go great on my wall, one down nine to go....then my collection will be complete.

Isn't Juan the guy on the rooftop next to the tram in KR? I think you've mistaken him for Kyle Peck or Alfonso Rubel in Steel.
Aside from that, I'm thinking our intrepid reporter may have gone rogue...as in the isles!!!
