Is it just me or does it seem that with ED, does Stamina become a "highly recommended" power, as opposed to a "nice but not needed" power, with the reduction in effectiveness of Quick recovery?
I know we can just slot endreds in our primaries, but...

click power 2 minute duration. 500s recharge
gives an instant(unenhanceable) 50% heal and boost regen by 400(fully enhanceable)
lvl 38 Moment of Glory
click power 3 minute duration 1000s recharge
boosts max HP to 180% of base. gives heal of 80%(unenhanceable). increases regen by 600%(fully enhanceable)
