Vote! Statesman, Positron '04
I don't mean to get partisan, but I am going with Lord Recluse & CuppaJo today. Their vision of the future just fits better with my ideas.
I mean, just look at Statesman's impressive war record. And Positron is always quick to post on domestic issues.
paragon city needs the UN to invade and make sure the elections are fair and the right people get elected. and as they;re there they could make sure of some human rights issues and re-educate the people
Yah, I was a Statesman supporter but his recent plan to reduce lag by automatically logging off AFK players has soured his campaign and now I'm a firm Lord Recluse supporter. He and CuppaJoe have been instrumental in increasing communication and making this a better Paragon over all.

Cuppajo's really been here for the people, I'd have to go with him out of those choices.
However...
Vote George Kerry!
For A Stranger America!
Statesman is the shoe in!!!!
He was a natural born politician!!!! I mean look at how he answers the tough answers!!! (sorry L.R. and Cuppajo, I mean you just dont have the ablitly to answer in a answer yet run around format that is a must for any good politician)
Statesman/Positron '04 all the way Baby!!!
OH NO!!!! I forgot to register!!!! I was running around and doing so many missions that I just forgot!!!
Bah, I can take on the whole UN myself! Just give me an assault rifle, I'll be a slashing, shooting, back-flipping instrument of death!
BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

you've not respecced out of jumpkick yet?
Actually, I think it's either Positron's or poz's job to design the interface, Statesman guides the overall balance and fun of the game.
Oh, and Jack, Cuppa is a she FYI.

Personally, I think Lord Recluse's choice of CuppaJo as a running mate (brainwashed by his scary PVP powers into being a tool of darkness) was the wrong move for the Evil Party platform. It's better to have someone innately evil, who believes in the evil cause, than a turned hero that'll just get rescued in issue four.
I'd rather support a Recluse/Geko ticket. After all, Geko nerfed accuracy, right? EVIL!

Never took that crappy power. No, my friend, I am talking about the wonderful magic that is Elude.
I love using it in the midst of a bunch of newbies. Invariably they always A) Say "Whoa, how'd you do that?" or B) Type /em backflip.
ah see, i never knew that.
but how could i? never seen a SR scrapper outside of the tutorial

Well if you want to waste your vote, sure.
You could always vote for the third party, Manticore/Weirdbeard.

If you vote Manticore/Weirdbeard, though, you're just throwing your vote away and practically supporting Recluse/Cuppajoe. Especially in the important swing servers, like Virtue and Justice. And don't even get me started on the voter fraud when 8,000 ballots delivered to King's Row went "missing."
We won't know who won the election until the Paragon City Council does a recount in three weeks, anyway. And then Geko will nerf voting.

Polling data shows that the incumbent Statesman/Positron ticket is in a dead heat with the Recluse/Cuppa ticket. As such, campaigning is fierce in the swing zones. Statesman campaigned yesterday in three sections of Kings Row and made a joint appearance with Positron in Blyde Canyon. Positron visited the Land of the Lost and Bronze Way. Lord Recluse also made campaign stops in Kings Row and Steel Canyon, and sent Cuppa to Boomtown where polling is suprisingly close.
Meanwhile zones like Atlas, Galaxy and Peregrine are all but ignored as they are clearly for a single ticket. This is all due to Paragons antiquated Electoral College system that makes focusing time and effort on swing zones the best strategy.
It's gonna be a nailbiter, so do your citizenly duty. Get out, avoid the Vahz, vote early and vote often.
You know what I heard!!!
I heard that Lord R and CuppaJo are planning on challenging the Voters!!!
It is true! I read it this morning in the Paragon Times
They are going to send reps to all the polling stations to challenge the voters right to vote in age (Guess you have to be above the lvl 18) and Residency (Better not be an Alien!!!)
Could this be the intro to DvP (Dev vs Player)
What is the world coming to??
VOTE STATESMAN He will not nerf YOUR right to vote!!!

Damn Electoral College!
Nemesis has launched a new voting campaign, "Vote or be defeated" in an attempt to get young villains out to vote for Lord Recluse, but it's only seen minor success due to arguing among the villains whether they're arrested or killed.
Not that our votes really count in the electoral college anyway...besides I have it on good authority that as sweet as CuppaJo seems to be she has the Superadine market west of Talos..(itsa not a real election till we get some super powered mud-slinging on)
Lord Recluse / CuppaJo '04
The REAL Axis of Evil
Muhahahahahahahahaha!
Whether it be Statesman/Positron or Lord Recluse/CuppaJo ...
I'd like to urge the entire CoH playerbase to ...
MAKE SURE YOU VOTE TODAY !!!
At least those of you who are registered and legally can vote.
The game will be here waiting for you when you get back, but doing your civic duty and voting is heroic for real.
That's it. Positron, CuppaJo, debate, NOW!
