Please, please, please, please, please make these monsters spawn more frequently. Tracking these things down for Badges is incredibly painful and there will be a LOT of competition for them in the short term. If not increasing the spawn rate, add a contact who hands out level-appropriate Monster-hunting missions (including exemplared people).

Little trick I found, and that's how I got my Kraken and Adamastor badge in the same 1/2 hr. Log in just after server maintenance, they are there and waiting, both of them, as for Babbage...patience I guess....

Ahh I remember it like it was yesterday.. our group came out of that mission. I have to make a nature call and get a drink, so myself and an other take break..
I'm in the kitchen filling my glass with soda and I'm hearing zap.. zap.. zap. come back in the room and see BABBAGE attacking our group.. I get back on team speak and the three guys that stayed where like "glad you could make it" I didn't even get to potty 
All I have to say is thank goodness for walls, building overhangs and giant 20 foot monsters.. 
Without telling too much Babbage is a clock work "monster"
And that's great to hear that he'll be spawning in Boomtown I was wondering how I was going to get that badge

On a side note I had managed to go 36 levels without ever seeing Kraken...found him twice today (and Adamastor yesterday). Already had my badge after the first time so I ported in some lower level folks in PP to take care of him. Man is he uuuggglyyy .

You know, if Babbage had never spawned in Boomtown, then you would have one on me. But you've failed to grasp the situation and my comment.
Babbage used to spawn in Boomtown. My teammates and friends have screenshots as evidence of this. He is not spawning there right now.
My comment is, Babbage has historically roamed in Boomtown and yet I have never seen Babbage in Boomtown. And yet I have seen Babbage many times, charging down the streets of Skyway, where he is supposed to spawn only when needed for a Synapse task force.
One of the requirements for being a smarta$s is knowning what you are talking about. You're not qualified.

After months of looking, I found Adamastor this morning. Very early, very few players on the server. He was close to the north wall on Moth Cemetery. You can see him from hundreds of yards away.
Kraken spawns at night in Perez Park. A tad south from the Bettis Hills marker. And he respawns maybe 10 seconds after you kill him. I saw him, broadcasted for other heroes to join me, got no answer and took him.
He respawned. I re-broadcasted. A lone Claws scrapper two shot him.
He respawned. I re-broadcasted and 2 level 11 heroes teammed with me to take them down. I did all the damage and they got their badges.
He respawned, but by that time we were outta there.
Now, when the word is given, rest assured that I will hunt Boomtown for Babbage. I got a screenie with him duking it out with my tenebrous Tentacles. I itch to see him fight my servant.

Sheesh, no one answered his question. Babbage is a big clockwork monster, like a souped up Assemblar Prince. You always get him by completing the Synapse TF, which is 100% clockwork. He will appear outside a door mission, an ambush. Unfortunately, because you encounter him in the street, people can and do KS, which is what happened the one time we encountered him. IMO, he is easy for groups of 3 or more.
Now he apparently randomly spawns in Boomtown, though no one seems to know exactly where, and he isn't spawning for the moment. I guess people want to find him to get a badge.

In actuality, Kraken is spawning once roughly every 2-5 minutes, and he's spawning day and night... It was server daytime when I killed him 3 times for people.

Thanks again for the feedback. Ive seen a lot of threads on the boards pertaining to where the Babbage is, where he spawns, so on and so forth, so I wanted to give you a few answers.

In short, the answer is yes.

Yes, hopefully soon.

No, the Babbages presence will still be felt in the Task Force.
[*]Where will the Babbage be in Boomtown?
He can spawn in various places, however it is up to the heroes to figure out where he will be.
[*]Can you make him/other big monsters spawn more often?
This is an interesting idea, and may be considered in the future.
