P.S. I don't know of anyone that's ever seen Babbage in Boomtown, and I know of a _lot_ of people that have gone looking for him.
P.P.S. To belabor the point: the times you see him in Skyway are when he never makes it to the people he's supposed to be ambushing as part of their TF.
