Membership Requirements: The Legion is a magic based group but all types of origins are welcome. We are a lire role-playing group and prefer mature players ( or at least those who can act that way. All members are required to be in supergroup mode for a minimum of one in three missions. They must also be respectful of others and never ever (except in the arena) attack another member of the group. the most aspect that a member must have is a sense of fun since this a game and it should be fun so no name calling and the like. Yes we are villians but we don't need to ruin the game for ourselves or anyone else.

Arcahnos control of the Rogue Isles and the efforts of the ragtag Heroes of Paragon City marked key moments in criminal history. Underneath these events, though, lurking in the shadows of Arachnos was the Psychotic Syndicate, a vast criminal organization possessing incredible power and influence.
The Syndicate's tentacles reach everywhere -- from the polished spires of Paragons City Hall to the seamiest Mercy Island tavern. Many of the organization's thousands of operatives had no idea that they were benefiting the Syndicate, so layered and intricate were the fronts that the Syndicate hid behind. The Psychotic Syndicate had involvement in every known type of illegal activity, and its information network rivaled the accuracy and scope of even Ghost Widow.
Existing in one form or another for decades, the modern era of the Syndicate was sculpted by several key figures to form a Council of Godfathers. Serving beneath the Godfathers were a cadre of Overseers, who monitored and managed activities in specific territories.
Having proved themselves a viable threat, the Syndicate found itself under constant hero attack. The core group of the Syndicate spent years relocating their hidden headquarters, finally settling in Cap Au Diable, below Aeon City. A few short months later, Longbow agents discovered where the Syndicate was but never managed to mount a successful assault. A second base of operations was nearing completion near the distant island of Grandville when Longbow spies informed the Freedom Phalanx of its location. The Freedom Phalanx acted quickly on this information and destroyed the base. The Syndicate continues its operations despite their heavy losses caused by the Freedom Phalanx and remains one of the most feared and powerful criminal organizations in the world.

* Guild Description: In a nutshell, my intent for Knights on Liberity (the sp was unintended, but it works...) is to create a 'social' team. I'm not looking at PvP issues at this time, just the best overall group that there can be.

Guild Description: Deacons Blues is a long-lasting Supergroup on the Liberty Server. Were somewhat team-oriented, with taskforce and giant monster hunting nights, frequent missioning, and the occasional trip to a PvP zone. Wed love new members to join us in these activities, or just hang out and chat. Were looking for heroes that are active, willing (but never required) to team, and have a good sense of humor.
Features: Young heroes will be fully funded with influence until level 34, as long as they play in supergroup mode. After 34 each member chooses if and when to go into supergroup mode, but is no longer funded either way. We also have a fully functional base, and a good deal of high-level characters happy to provide advice or other help.
Guidelines:
-Dont be immature, harass other people, or make unreasonable demands of anybody.
-Have a sense of humor, or at least dont be too easily offended. Were a good-natured but sarcastic bunch from time to time.
New Members As long as you demonstrate a willingness to help out and follow the above guidelines, you shouldnt have a problem staying in the SG. Officers can remove you if they see fit, or if other members complain about your behavior.
