  1. SM/FA plenty viable for PvE. And yes, it should be possible to get a build that is super at solo and TF/trials.

    Well, if you are only going to use one of those elec/shield is better.
    Stone is basically the worst secondary out there for farming.

    /FA anything would be faster though.

    Im pretty sure posi has mentioned multiple times he does not want everything to come out at once. So rather than just raising the level cap by 10 they are instead introducing incarnate powers. So there is always something to look forward to, and the game keeps getting bigger and our toons more powerful.

    Unless you want them to just raise the level cap by 1 every issue, which one do you think it funner? Raise level cap or a new incarnate power every issue?

    I for one think gaining the ability to punch stuff so hard it explodes is funner than getting hand clap as a set mule.

    They have also said that iPowers ARE NOT ending with omega.

  6. Another thing i would recomend is getting soul rather than mu. Added -tohit does wonders.

    It's also possible to soft cap s/l and still PLENTY of +rech. When you are soft capped def doesnt vasnish quickly at all.

    But i really guess just i dont understand it. Most of the time i don't even notice if barrier is or isn't on. Must suck getting sick from it. Maybe its the sound effects too that do it? Because i run with mine off.
  8. you dont have hasten. It's really a very very nice power. If you are determined to have a travel power i recomend swapping out fly for SS, you can just buy the pack temp power then for vertical. And i believe that is supposed to work in Mo's/iTrials, its just bugged right now.
    Also, you use too many oblit sets. Imo, thats a last resort set.
  9. Sounds to me like they might just need to increase their ambient lighting. If i dont have the lights on when i play i get nauseous because of all the bright flashes.

    Well, ill/ gives you a PBAoE invis (really just stealth if i remember correctly) AND a self invis. Oh, and an attack.

    So, I dont think any of thats out of place for a control set.
  12. I've found that lately it is a lot harder to form up TFs than it used to be. I'm hoping this is just because i20 is still just new shiny. Might even out a lot more...eventually.

    I believe that not having that option does very little harm.

    Having run and run on many small leagues, I have yet to see any sort of destructive team usurping going on, EXCEPT for direct invites who sabotage end stages to create more adds to get thread/iXP.

    Even in the groups where we all know each other, it's usually the usual suspects, not the randoms, that cause problems.

    And considering the lag issue has been addressed, and it is now tolerable, bigger teams aren't the issue.

    Team builds has no factor in this. A team of 8 faces less challenge than a team of 16.
    I'm not 100% sure about this but i think Mar might even get his regen and stuff scaled down.

    I still think team lock was yet another useless feature that was added in i20.

    I believe posi said that new iTrials will be coming out independent of issues (keyes is coming out before i21 ), kind of like i19.5, whether that means they will be coming out more or less often than issues i don’t know.

    I have to agree, I’m very glad they didn’t just add a few lvls. That’s not really end game content, it just makes it take more time to get to the end. This way we are gradually given more and more content and there is always something to look forward too, even after omega. Thus keeping the "end game" rolling
  18. Hmm, i did not know this. I thought that if you started with the minimum sized team people wouldnt be added. Glad something like this didnt happen on that lambda i did.

    you type [power:Power name] into chat you will get detailed info for iPowers. Where as [power name] doesnt work

    for example [power:clockwork total core improved ally] You need to type in "power:" to get the detailed info for any of the iPowers but it works for all of them. Huge amount of people didnt seem to figure this out.
  20. It is possible to soft cap SR without IO sets, you would be pretty gimped but its possible.


    Not much of a finished build or anything but here. soft capped without sets.

  22. If you can get to 50 quite a bit of content is co-op (LGTF, ITF, apex, tin, baf, lam etc) so you shouldn't have trouble finding something to do with people.
  23. I think it would be way OP, at least if the rest of the leadership powers worked.
    If everyone on the league had maneuvers (which i think everyone should) if not slotted for def at all they would have 36% def on lambda and 54% on baf. Not to mention VEAT powers...
