    Yes, burn can now have the DPS to kill a plyon...pretty slowly but still.

  3. Lots and lots of +rech. and the mu PPP

    However, if you are going to be getting reactive ice is faster it seems.

    Dark/Dark Brute

    Seems you still dont quite understand the DR with +rech. More than 50-60% is a waste considering you can still get 50-60 AND get soft capped. So its either soft cap or 0.1-0.2seconds off of your attacks.

    EDIT: Well, dark actually has a few pretty slow attack/buffs so those would get a second or 2

    Yeah, wasted a lot of inf on those since we each only used 1 (didnt even need that). >.< haha.

    Well thats the thing. Farming build, really? It has 55% +rech from sets, it has tough and weave. AND it has no attacks for it APP/PPP wtf? But it cant be standard play because it's shooting for fire def.
  7. I would recomend a brute if you are gonna go with will or a scrapper if you wanna go with SD.

    At the end of the day SD will likely become tougher and will also have a lot more dmg. I Find dark really does well with SD too.

I ask this because a fellow player I know plays an Ice/Psi Dominator, that on occasion is capable of 'Double Domination'.
    I dont think it is possible, dont think is is much of a point anyway. Because i dont think it actually makes control more powerful, or even gives you more mez protection.

    Just for talking in channels "lvl" however does this:
    Congratulatoins!! Your combat level improved!! Seek a trainer to further your abilities!!

    Oooooooo, speed runs gotta start doing that. I hate how people always kill all those damn towns and stuff. Of course, fact you dont get the time/deaths etc really sucks so whats the point?

    DoT and Procs

    I think adding DoT to them all would be great. However, the DoT from ALL of them should probably stack together. So you still dont get more than 4 or so going at any given time.
  11. ultrawatt

    DoT and Procs

    Really even reactive isnt all that usefull against minions/LTs. Yes that one app of rain can kill them but use another couple of AoEs (even more likely to happen on a team) stuff is dead before reactive did any high lvls of dmg. All of the paths are really AV killers imo.
  12. ultrawatt

    DoT and Procs

    The problem is balance, not power. Like how Ion used to be, i actually thought thats how powerful all of judgement SHOULD have been. But when one just is insanely better than all others, hands down. Something is wrong.
    But the sad sad truth is that its easier for them to nerf one power than to buff everything else.

    It's like what happened to superman. Compared to others in the DCU he was ******* epic (didnt he blow out a star at one point?) so he had to be taken down a notch. Or they could have made all the other superheroes in the DCU that powerful. Which is easier? (or for that matter makes more sense) But that power wouldn't be out of place in something like DBZ where 5 year olds can blow up planets.

    But i dont see reactive being that much of a problem, on teams its not even close to as awesome as it is solo.
  13. ultrawatt

    For @Hannah 15

    I have to say, this build looks pretty awful. Sorry.

    Is getting the T4 worth it or just stick with the T3 (75% chance to proc)?
    I think the minus res is nice. I have a feeling 25%/50% might be better so you still get -minus res but i havent tested that.

    Should be able to support spirit. But yeah if you are set on cardiac get total core.
  15. Alright just respeced into ice. Ill have better numbers in a sec. So far gut says not any better.

    Edit: its better.

    FIRE!(other) ID 460877
    +4/x8 with bosses

    With Mu

    8:11 (1:38 avg per mish)
    13.149mil inf
    1.606 mil inf/min
    7,296 tix
    885 tix/min

    With Ice

    6:55 (1:23 avg per mish) (i had some really bad lag for one mish so these results are messed up)
    12.057mil inf
    1,743,180 inf/min (i think)
    6900 tix
    997 tix/min

    Now, a few notes.

    This was the first time running with /ice so it will get faster as i get used to it.
    What made ice faster for me i think was that i could cast ice on the mob and then turn on hasten/rage/FE. But with mu best i could do was cast burn then use those powers.
    NO LOAD TIMES.
    Was in SG mode.
    Ageless core, reactive radial, spirit core, ion core. All t4

    There is also the rather big down side to this. You need reactive, which would mean an iTrial build. So it doesnt work if you just wanted that cheap quick farmer that never leaves AE.
  16. ultrawatt

    DoT and Procs

    A dmg aura generally ticks every 2 seconds. Rain power are more like 70 ticks in 15 seconds...i think. So aura are pretty epic now but i sure as hell dont think it's broken. Before reactive only good thing about dmg aura's was that they taunted, and not even that for most. Because their dmg compared to end cost is generally awful.
  17. Doesnt it have -50% end though? Dont like the idea of that every few minutes.

    Anyway, yes OwtS isnt affected by any form of +rech.

    Against +0s, -ToHit is equivalent to +Def
    -Tohit needed for a 54 AV doesnt sound quite right. Thought it was more like 665%

    Most fun?

    1) Dark/Dark Tank, Brute or Scrapper;

    My number 1 choice actually would be Dark/dark brute. End can *kind of* be a problem but i find people say its worse than it really is. Now that fitness is at lvl 2 it likely A LOT better.

    2) Traps/Sonic Defender;

    Would have great debuffs and buffs but the slow and boring animations of traps is, well...boring. But again...great debuffs.

    3) Widow/Fortunata;

    I used to have a widow and she was tons of fun, after getting to 24 (26?), it’s like a claws stalker that doesn’t suck.

    4) Warshade;

    Depends, if you don’t have a ton of bodies around you are gonna suck. But i personally like that style, i find they lvl up slowly though. Have to be aware that you don’t have native mez prot. probably number 2 choice.

    5) Earth/Emp Controller;

    Emp isn’t fun for me. People always want you to heal rather than buff. This combo would end up having really awful dmg too.

    6) Fire/Cold Controller

    Fire/cold sounds like it might be quite fun. Awful end before you get heat loss though. After that though...damn it would be nice.

    7) Fire/Ice Blaster.

    Brute levels of dmg but even worse survivability than a stalker, not very fun imo.
  20. Here is a build i came up with, Im not to good with stone so it can likely be made a lot better (threw it together pretty quickly too) but its s/l/e/n soft capped.

  25. Yes, s/l is by far the most important dmg type to soft cap. If you have the cash you can easily soft cap e/n as well. soft capping f/c is a waste of time.
