Something also to consider is the player may be having a bad day [or conversely a good day] and having more trouble than they really should. Most ratings are going to be one shot/one chance really. So keep in mind that even if a single person found it too hard, it may not be because of your mission being too hard
.

Not too surprising, that said, will be interesting to see if that means that missions that break some of the difficult expectations for badge rewards won't be eligible for DC. Y'know, to maintain that intergity.

Does anyone have the dev info when these were implemented. And if that info does indicate that ONLY the summon recharge time was supposed to benefit and never the pet was there any dev followup done to stem the tide of posts indicating the belief that RIP and SA did improve pet performance?
edit: this is all I could find in the patch notes regarding RIP and I could find no dev comments what so ever

* Call to Arms, Level 10-30
* Expedient Reinforcement, Level 30-50

That's not a server patch issue, that's a seperate account system, that said, I thought it was fixed, would suggest checking the dev tracker posts on it, and if you're still lacking submit a support ticket. -

Oddly enough, I see the incresaed staff and commitment to CoX as part of the reason one of those competitors dropped [I really don't think MGS wanted to get into a market share fight between an established game that was still supported and SOE].
Now Champions, time will tell. I'm just really really cautious with Champions because alot of what's being said sounds like what was said about CoH before launch too. -

I'm not sure where or how I found this, so take it with a huge grain of salt, because it could just be the fabrication of my sleep deprived mind.
The medi-port network villain side is due to Dr Aeon's work with the PTS. I want to say it comes up in the story arc [not the TF] involving the PTS, but that may be wrong, and well, if that's the case, it's very easy to miss.

It's part of the Arc in base too, I had the little notebook on wheeler when I completed the mission two days ago [not Ouro]. I think a big part of the problem is it seems that Tomax's [and I guess the Paragon Wiki] are only showing the last 3 missions of the arc.

Ah, it only appears that the clues/story arc notes appear in the clues tab on that 3rd mission, which is kinda appropiate if you realize you're being setup the entire time.

I just want to say, I kinda like the idea. Of course, I also liked Adventure Packs in EQ2.

Fun question, how exactly is it inflationary? The 250 mil inf was already in the economy. It's not being 'created' by an artifical force.
And re the order of the toons appearance, well, can you figure out a way to do that currently with the game? If so, kudos, make your 3RD PARTY PROGRAM to do it and help everyone else out.

PvE is meant for everyone, not just the elite. The RSF should have roughly the same level of effort as hami. Considering that people put thier stuff on auto for hami, and go afk, or brawl him and go afk, the RSF shouldnt be any harder or time consuming.

I'm not in a position to test it, but I don't see how dropping the levels by 1 will change the necessary tactics, especially if the non-standard codes for the Hero behavior are still in effect. It seems like it should just make the optimal teams able to beat it a bit faster is all.

It deadens more of the impact of facing something +4 to you, which can help a bit, but yea. The impact of having the entire mission full of PToDs is what limits at least the Dominator in this mission. -
Flight. It's just iconic for one thing, and I like being able to precising control my movement. Teleport is close, but still not quite.
