Stun protection comes with Fire Shield.

Sold it yesterday, sorry I didn't update. >.<

PvP under the old rules? Yes please.
-
This game's PvP population is already too spread out and you want to spread it out even more?
-
-
And revert the mez changes or at least find a halfway point, because being stunned for 8 seconds and not being able to anything about it is ridiculous.

None of my non-50s use dual builds, though I have 4 or 5 50s that do (I have around 50 level 50s).
Assuming the OP is trying to make a push for a respec for each build, what's the big deal? We already get free costume tokens for each slot (which stack, might I add), and costume changes cost an absolutely trivial amount of inf, even for the more elaborate ones. Making respecs available for each build isn't a bad idea, especially when you consider you can't change powersets or your archetype when you respec. -
Until now, sleep powers have been generally garbage (I've only taken them on my Plant Dom, just because it's ranged ToAE instead of PBAoE so I can sleep one mob while I'm working on the adjacent one), but were I to ever roll an Elec Control character I'd take Static Field simply as an endurance management tool.
-
The Crab melee attacks are generally subpar, and there are better things to be spending your power picks and enhancement slots on.
-
Quote:It's the same recharge as a Blaster nuke, does about 2/3 of the damage, and it doesn't drain your endurance. I'd call that decent.and the recharge on Psychic Wail is waaaaaaaay too long, making PW a huge let down..
On topic... it's a lot cheaper to make a good NW build than it is to make a good Fort build. All you really need to do on a NW is shoot for enough recharge for perma-Mind Link and then you won't have to worry about your defense numbers. Both Forts and NWs are nigh unkillable, it just comes down to whether you want to play a Claws/SR Stalker-Scrapper or Psi/SR Blastinator. -
Mine is still sitting unsold >.>

Unfortunately, despite the fact that PvP sucks pretty badly in its current state, I'm terrified of what the devs will do to it when they end up "looking at it" again. I'd suggest a few really stupid changes (ironically of course) but then they'd probably actually implement them because they like to do that sort of thing.
-
Quote:The reason this gets suggested so much is because it's the simplest solution which would require the least amount of effort to maintain balance in the future.I see a lot of posts these days about how bad pvp is, and while I agree with them to an extent, not that many people seem to make suggestions on how to fix it, besides the typical "derp, roll it back to i13!".
Quote:Remove all IOs Quote:.
Quote:Increase the radius drastically and have most offensive toggles afflict the enemy with a strong slow/taunt (the taunts only for scrappers, brutes, and tanks) for 5 seconds upon entering it.
Quote:More rewards for the more dedicated PVPers. Quote:These could range from costume pieces, badges, SG base items (for pvp meeting sg based pvp badges), temp powers, and more. The majority of these will be awarded from system created arena tournaments with entry fees.
Quote:Add an inspiration vendor during setup period when you start a match with inspirations on. Quote:Because it takes skill to use the proper insps, and you need to encourage new players to learn that. Of course, if you were to use insps during setup, they would get removed when the match starts.
In short, return things to how they used to be and go from there. This is honestly not a hard concept, but it would require the devs to admit failure on their part, which probably will never happen. -
The number given may be a bit high, but Concentrated Strike does retarded amounts of damage in PvP.
-
Or if it's untyped/nonpositional.

That build's really expensive but not terribly effective. Panaceas in the heals means you're not getting the recharge values you should, slotting only Nucs in some of the attacks means you're not getting any endredux or recharge, and Blaze Mastery is a joke.

Oftentimes killing mobs to get a tip to drop takes longer than actually completing the tip mission, especially when most are just "kill boss" or "click glowie."
-
This is a bug (powers on auto won't fire if you don't have an NPC or other player targeted).
-
I had stupid high ROI when I bought up a bunch of "crap" pool C recipes just before I13 dropped. Of course, even though some of them sold for 10 or 20 times more than I paid for them, I didn't net much since I paid so little in the first place.
-
Been rolling 40-45. One Miracle and a LotG so far, I think. A few really bad sets, but overall I've come out ahead.
-
If you do Oblits I'd do 5 of them (minus the proc) plus a rech/end piece from one of the knockback sets (Force Feedback or Kinetic Crash).
