    Telekinesis

    I actually have one more question. I suppose TK only affects a limited number of mobs (just as any other AE). Is it the usual 16 as other AE powers from the set?

    I didnt say I dont see any use for it, i just said, i prefer other Powers for the hard Road through the Portal Corp Missions... Ill pick it up again at 49. 3 slotted should realy be enough for Telekinesis.

    Well i didnt find a good use for it yet. Especially as Mind/TA. When you have EMP and Total Domination. The pushback can be very annoying and 1.5 Energy i mostly cant spare in an exhausting battle. Though, could think there is a good use for it.

  6. Also you could probably take 1-2 slots from Acid Arrow. It sure is a nice Power, but 3 recharges on a 20sec Power might be too much. 1-2 recharges would do. Res debuff will be capped out with 1-2 Disrution Arrows and 1-2 Acid Arrows.

    Anything else just perfect. Suppose that will be fun really. The TA is a great set. Only Bow drawtimes sometimes mess things up, but how boring would it be if they would not

  9. Thanks. I already thought so. Well that makes some more slots available which is great so i can go for Hasten again.

    Actually i have just rached level 38 and have to say this troller I nearly cooler than my allready (and pre I5) Fire/Kin Troller. The last 2 powers of TA are so much fun. I definetly wouuldnt miss Oil Patch. At 41 ill go for Fire Epic Pool. Then this Char will be a blast (and 6 slotted Oil patch for Rec and Dam).

    As you can see on the Char Planer you can slot the Disruption Arrow and the Acid Arrow with Damage Resist. These are usually only good to get more Res in your Powers, am i right? Is it in such Powers then viable for a -Res Debuff, or are there Enhancements like these available? Im a bit confused. Ty.

    I love it. It has some really nice skills, and does an awsome job on controlling.

    Though i'm not sure about taking hasten or keeping Stealth. Find Stealth handy sometimes.

  13. In my opinion, you can rather skip you COMPLETE secondary (except Hide of coures) than skip Buildup. Seriously, you secondary is like to live a few seconds more or less. You might even aviod 1 or 2 hits, but you cant take many hits anyway. But buildup/AS is the one that drops a red Lieutenant. When you just get him down to 50%, its not worth nothing, cause the other 50% you can't do by scrapping it out.

    hmm i think you have the classical draw off here. Though the point is what purpose serves this build? I decided not to take Stamina, and its perfectly working, though I cant Scrap it out. Here is mine, and I think its perfectly valid for PvP and Hit&amp;Run PvE:

    Actually not just slightly. Scrappers have a Natueral Brawl index of 115%, while Stalker have a base of 80%. Thats not just a bit. But even furthermore After AS we cant krit while a Scrapper can hit for +crit more than once in fight. A high damage Attack criting at 115% of Brawl index is not that far off the AS from a Stalker with AS. Belive me. a Scrapper that can hit me 3 times im down. I most probably need 3 hits on a Scrpper as well.

  18. In general I have to say CoV ATs perform realy well and are well balanced compared to CoH ATs. Thats actually a good thing, cause in any other MMORPG ive played there were always big Issues with Stealth Chars, them being mostly underpowered in PvE and overpowered in PvP. Here it realy fits well from my perspective.

    I mean realy as soon as I read the title and then: ...while figthing my first villain...

    uhm sry but enough heard.
    1: He was fighting a villain allready so it was a 2vs.1... sure thats unfair. but is it the AT then?
    2: How well people are able to adopt to certain situation: One is obviously to rage-quit the game and complain in the forums.

    So more from a objective point of view: there are affordable and well designed powers around the stealth itself. On the other hand Stalkers got placate so thats a counter on a reasonable recharge. As always you got powers and tactics. Its all in the game. The funpart now is to get your tactic over that of the other guy, and not just to provide you the power to instant kill the other one. Sure the AS hurts, but be quick pop a green and the stalker 'can' be an easy target when your tactic beats his. So better luck next time.

    Well from what ive read the Base Def for Melee and Ranged while actually Hidden is quite small, around 3,5%, but the AoE Def being around 30%. However when reading the American forums, they say when runing hide but being unhidden the Def is around 2%.
  21. You definetly wanna go for 3 Dam... basicly your Assassins Strike is all the damage you have. It's what defines you it's your heart and loung. If you would have wanted a Light Scrapper, better try a */Energy blaster

    No seriously, its fun to bring down a red/purple Lieut 2-3 hit. Buildup and 3 Damage SOs are so mandatory for a Stalker (from my point of view)
  22. Actually i actually think that from the initial Strike nearly all of the Salkers are pretty much the same, however, I suppose Energy melee is realy devastiating when you consider in 2nd and 3rd hit. Though I guess on the long run, all the Primaries are really equal.
  23. Actually the Heroplaner says that the SR Toggles for a Stalker take half the Endurance as for Scrapper. But ya know those planers you realy cant rely on. (the Planer by Sherkhan).

    So i guess ill be going without Stamina first. this Way I can even test out more powers in the begining without the need of the Slots for Stamina on 16/18/20.
  24. sure might be possible, but then you have to tell me: No there is absolutley no need to take Stamina. That would free up the slots and powers i need to get the remaining two powers. Otherwise this is the tradeoff i did. No powers to spare realy unless stamina is not needed. anyway with some end redux SOs i might try to not get Stamina, but that will be an issue later on for a respec i guess.

    taking the autopowers in would mean ive taken every single Power from my secondary. I realy dislike that, but guess thats SR ;(
  25. So ive been thinking bout a Energy Melee Stalker. And Super Reflexes always were apealing to me. However, im pretty unsure what to take from Superreflexes. As this Build seems to have a lot of toggles i suppose Stamina is a must have.

    Though i can decide which Powers to take from SR. So far I'd take thes:
