So, after coming to the conclusion that this is THE rarest build out there, I decided to make one. I have absolutely no clue what I'm doing with TA, but the psi side of things does look nice. Any critique welcome, other than changing sets

Also, I did not take ice arrow due to the fact that psi has both a stun and sleep, both of which I will be taking.

TA is pretty end light - so you may be able to get away with putting stamina later on (or even dropping it entirely) and getting moving some powers forward a tad.

Apart from that looks pretty solid - ice arrow is nice, but the animation time is a tad slow, and with the sleep and the stun, you should be fine.

Everything seems solid as it is, granted i know diddly squat about the psychic blast side..anyhoo..

I suggest you consider adding
1. a Recharge Reduction in Flash arrow as when in large groups there will come a time where you will come across 2 or possibly 3 groups of foes that are rather close together and being able to flash'em all will increase the chances of a good outcome.
2. Adding A slow Enhancment into glue arrow, or possibly two. They cant hit what they cant get close enough too
3. Your setup for acid arrow i think you should reconsider, as you already have hasten wich will help it..buut if your going for the fast de-buff'ing take away one of the recharge reductions and replace it with accuracy. (Dont rule out defence debuffs.. my set up for it is 3 accuracy and 3 defence debuffs, which is overkill of that i am aware, but it works for me as 'miss' doesnt appear often after it )
4. Oil slick arrow is looking fine with those recharge reductions, as for the last 3 slots,. 3 Damage or 2 damage and a slow will do you just fine. (the slow as it'll slow there 'run away' out of the burning hot death time ^^)
5. As for EMP Arrow, you should consider 2 accuracy enhancments within that, but keep the 3 holds ..and well, the last slot is really up to you ^^ (personally i have an accuracy in the last spot)

Also Poison Gas Arrow.. a sleep duraction enhancment in it is not a bad idea. As a battle opener (after flash arrow) its a lot better than the likes of glue arrow as those caught in it wont fire back due to the choking(sleeping) and those who do..wont hit as hard (unless your weird and are fighting +4s :P)
And oh, altho i dont consider stamina a required item for trick arrow. You have hasten in there so you will benifit from the enhanced recovery from the hasten loss, and also if your attacking a lot ..it could help. (as i said, i dont know the psy set..so i dont know what its like for end useage)
before i forget, Acid arrow wakes up sleepers so be carefull

Ah yes, having hasten there too.. well, i guess you have to ask yourself. whats more important. A Better chance to hit everything, or the power comming back that little bit faster?

OK now my planner lets me slot dam in Oilslick but not acc in EMP arrow, I now need to change my troller.......... grr

I don't think any builder gets TA right. I have one acc in EMP myself.

Does the -Spd and -Rech in glue arrow stack with multiple applications from the same defender? I find glue arrow refreshes very quickly and was going to slot 1 Rech 3 Slow on my TA.

Is there a point to having it up ultra fast otherwise? It's perma with one recharge SO even without hasten up.

[/ QUOTE ]Yes, it does, since the debuff is actually applied by the glue arrows themselves, that are seperate entities from the defender.

You could change psionic lance for the cone AoE in psi. With the cone, the AoE, oil slick (I think you should be able to light it with your elec epic attacks? not sure) and the 2 -res, you can do pretty good AoE damage for a defender.

(TA has many long animations, and psy has good range already, that's why I'm suggesting taking the snipe out.)

Personally, I'm not a fan of the psi cone....I'll propably try it in respec later, but for now I'll be sticking with the snipe, since one-shotting clockwork is fun

Also you could probably take 1-2 slots from Acid Arrow. It sure is a nice Power, but 3 recharges on a 20sec Power might be too much. 1-2 recharges would do. Res debuff will be capped out with 1-2 Disrution Arrows and 1-2 Acid Arrows.

Anything else just perfect. Suppose that will be fun really. The TA is a great set. Only Bow drawtimes sometimes mess things up, but how boring would it be if they would not

I'd suggest that the reason there are so few Ta/Psi defenders is that there aren't any energy or fire attacks in /Psi to light the oil slick which is the most awesome part of being a trick arrow defender.

I honestly doubt the ability of any person to wait until epics to be able to light their own slick. It really is just that great.

if you're the right origin you can light the slick

I like Acid Arrow, I use it on my troller, all the time, every chance I get, I dont think 3 recharges is overkill

[/ QUOTE ]You get the warding rune from croatoa at L25+, which lasts 2 days in-game time, and does energy damage.
