I'm with merc on this one.

To me playing for a tie is a legit/tactical move espicially if you don't have the right people on, (which is true in our case) since you get no points for losing. Adding the little variety we have in arena now, I'm againts limiting anything.
I see your point but I don't think people learn much by just being farm targets, except that they die 3 sec faster then last time. -
Well everytime a stalker sharks it root itself for about 2 sec, if you also take TS into considaration you should be out of range before he can even launch the next one. Unless it's more then one stalker you should never die.
Also greens are your friends. -
The everyone get to play rule need another look into, because right now it's pretty retarded. If Random Joe Strawberry showed up for one practice and vanish, then during game day pop up in PD, if I was a captain I wouldn't want to play him. If that mutation 1k HP ice/rad with fly fail to fix his build after been told to change it, I wouldn't play him. Yet the whole team get penalize for it when their's a few that do make the effort.
You can't please everyone, but enforcing rules that hurt the whole teams need to be change or find a middle ground. Only people that puts both effort and time should be protected by the "Everyone get to play rule". When Random Joe Starwberry decide to get accolades and show up for more then one practice should that rule apply to him.
While D6 is suppose to be more fun and relax, it's still competition so you can't fault people for wanting to win. Being force to play people that don't give a damm will cause more harm then good in the long run. -
It would be best to try to keep this drama free and fix the issue(s) on vent or PM. After hearing what happen this could be resolve only if people put ego aside.

Looking forward to this one, animated tail sound awsome and hope they give all the TF/SF a facelift while they rework posi. -
Insulation Shield might be worth picking up since it have end recorvery, with all the therms running around it will come in handy. According to the numbers it's the same pecentage as O2 boost but I've never tested it before.

Meh I would have to disagree with most and say dark/rad make a pretty good pairing.
To the OP base on my own experience from playing my, unless they find a way to keep offensive toggles from droping, fix HD in zone, or buff elusivity again. I would say avoid Dark/Rad and make something else. -
lol I know you love your Arch/Em Divine but I'll put Rad/Em for number 4, they can take alot more procs and hit just as hard. And base from how you play yours arch seem to spend a lot of time on the ground easy stalker bait.

Since we need a reason to use walk, I suggest we toggle it on and try to make it from one base to the other. >.>

If you are dead set on keeping it a defender I would stick with the storm/psy, since storm/dark are more for 1vs1. And **/dark really shine once you get powerboost. If your reason for going dark is life drain, why not carry greens? it's not like you need any other type of inspirations to survive, stop being lazy.

It depends for arena I would go with poison but for zone I would have to say thermal. For a epic pool, you can't go wrong with mace. Also you can have a much better build for alot cheaper.

You should really reconsider getting super speed for another travel power, if you ever run into a TA corr, anything with slow movement or web nade it would be the death of you. Also there's really no point in getting weave, since it only provide a extra 3% defense when you compare it to maneuvers, like Mac stated above you will never get pass 20% defense thanks to DR. Power Mastery would help you alot more then psi mastery, conserver power, power build up to help with dark blast lack of damage, and no aim, plus TF for your big hitter. Think about changing some of your slots around, and get as much +rercorvery as possible.
Oh I forgot about Knockback protection. ^_^ -

Hai all been PvPing for a while now, while small teams arena and zone PvP are my favorite passtime. I've decided to get into 1vs1 a little more, but during the recent week there's some few stuff that made me raise my eyebrows. Unable to come up with a answer on my own I turn to you guys for help.
I made my Dark/Rad corr before i13, but never arena it until last week and so far the results are pretty bad. For example today vs Fire/EM blaster, the minute demonic drop I was getting tag like crazy. I phase to avoid death came out of it with 4 purples to try to keep the preasure on him, but even with the rad debuffs the amount of damage I was taking was pretty ridiculous. The match ended 5-0 in favor of the blaster and a little less deaths then the previous 3.
So my questions are, should I even bother bringing purples vs blasters since so far they seem rather pointless would oranges give better result? I took mace mastery for the web nade and defensive shield but it seem alot squishier then my other corrupters that have levi mastery. Should I even bother with this toon, while it's fun it seem that DR is gimping the -tohit pretty hard.
If I shelf this toon I was thinking of making a Rad/Dark corr already lvl 20 to take it's place, but Solo One is the only one I've seen pimping **/dark like no other lol. Would you take tar patch over black hole? Soul mastery or Levi mastry? Heard some decent stuff about Dark/Psy defenders, but have yet to see one are they worth it? And last question I narrow my next PvP toons to Ice/Cold troller, Rad/Dark corr, Dark/Psy defender and Earth/Fire dom, yay or nay. Thanks in advance for the help. -
No the rule of 5 doesn't apply to KB IOs.

Not sure if that's working as intended, but some stuns are lasting 8 sec Archery and doms Total focus are the more noticable one. That's pretty deadly epecially when you can't do nothing to prevent it.

Without Boost Range EM wouldn't be that popular. Hurricane is what made storm lethal, wihtout HE thermals wouldn't be that beastly in duels, and so on. -
The KB protection no longer get supress when they get mez now.
