(QR) The skiruns seem to be bugged. If you log off (and I assume DC) while the timer is still running. When you log back in the timer is not there (as if there is no timer running). You cannot start a new run though until you get the portals/gates you missed. Once you finish you will notice the timer has been running all that time after all even when you were not online. I already petitioned this (no reply yet).

I can't say anything about the UELA (I know as little as you about this specific matter, lol), but I do know I have a few friends that have never ever posted a single artwork in their gallery. They only use their account to comment on stuff on DA and check out new deviations. You don't need to be an artist to like art, lol

lol, you make it sound like anime-style isn't a serious style. What's the gain? I mean graphic novels will take a LOT of time, so something in return is expected.

Actually this is considered "=insert bad word= over the original artist's hard work". Most artists will find it disrespectful no matter how good you made it. Especially if you fail to even ask them for permission or at least link to his/her name+website/gallery.

Either way, if you found a pic on the internet and it doesn't say you can or cannot use it without permission, then simply don't use it and post the original and/or the altered version in a public place (IRL or on the internet). It doesn't really matter if you get money for it (though they then officially could sue you) or you do it for free . You're basically stealing their hard effort and time and the spotlight, so the least you SHOULD do is tell you used someone specific's artwork/photo/whatever. After all, it's not just your blood, sweat and tears that will be in that new pic. Enough said.

And next time you want to rule out everything but one certain area you could do the tracing on another layer and PhotoShop has a way to select one certain color (select --> colorreach(?) ), so I'm guessing other programs like OpenCanvas also has such a feature.... and don't forget what I said above.

One tiny question. After a /ignore_spammer is it better to send a petition or a bug-report? Until now I have been using the bug-thing, because I don't want to waste an in-game GM's time on realizing he shouldn't have to personally assist asap.
(And please PLEASE! stop sending a survey every single time I send a bug! All I get to hear is they forwarded to a specific section of the company and never hear from it again. There's not much to survey about that, lol)

And suggestion: Make a radiobutton for only RMT? Or better yet, automatically pop up the petition-window with the right button selected and the name filled in after sending the ignore-spammer thing. Their names are often almost impossible to properly type, lol... of course in the end it's up to you people. If it's hard to code that or you have another reason, I can understand.

If they have absolutely no life (school and/or a job that does REALLY pay all the bills) or don't give heart into their commissions, within a day. However is RL going on and a proper commission taking hours, this can expand. A year is redicilous though.

Mine takes two to four weeks to finish at average. Digital ones usually take longer (as in in the 3-4 weeks area), because 1: they take like 15+ hours to make for me and 2: both my school (high-grade Mechanical Engineering in case you wonder... and no, I'm female :P) and my current jobs require me to stare at a screen much and I really need to take breaks from it, lol. However, I will work on on any kind of commission whenever I do have the time and the energy. For example if it's like vacation from school and I don't have a lot of work for my job, you can expect mine to be done within a week.
