You should be able to mouse over the line dividing the two halves so that the cursor looks like a triangle pointing up, one pointing down, and a dot in between. When it looks like that, hold the left mouse button and drag to adjust the split.
As for posting screenshots, you need to find your own image hosting site ( photobucket, image shack, etc ), host it there, then paste the URL to the image between img tags.

Edit: Check that, yeah, I suppose it is downloading. I was thinking of applying. Still, if you're letting it run through and fix the file and it's still doing it over, might try finding the file and deleting it. The patcher should download a new copy of it...

If you did a Fake Nemesis you'd find they're much more (1.7 mod)

But like Lemur Lad said, it's a bit anti-climactic now that a villain can become a rogue and do the KHTF and get the hat that way now. So, basically, the hat's been available for villains for a month already. -

I understoond the OP pretty easily. He wants more free costume pieces and feels that custom weapons - similar to auras and coloring attacks - don't really fit that description. He acknowledged animated tails as well. Personally I'd say tails do fit the description of costume pieces, they just largely suck (imo).
I don't think he is necessarily wrong in his opinion and for the record he was attacked for his position LONG before he retaliated with the fanboy term. -
Not according to any information we've been given so far. Most obvious assumption is that it's going to work exactly like Fitness does now except for the fact that it will be inherent.
