But like Lemur Lad said, it's a bit anti-climactic now that a villain can become a rogue and do the KHTF and get the hat that way now. So, basically, the hat's been available for villains for a month already.

But, if you only have a few characters who really need it, I think getting it during the Halloween event is a lot less time consuming than going rogue and running the KHTF.
