i19 = run, reg, rec, jump + Fitness Bases?
Yes......I think.
Though you can slot these inherent auto powers...if I remember correctly.
So you can enhance your...enhanced...base values...

Not according to any information we've been given so far. Most obvious assumption is that it's going to work exactly like Fitness does now except for the fact that it will be inherent.

I believe at the Panel someone ask an Question about it and we are going get it all form the fitness, We can slot them as well and we won't get any other slots, so we are looking for 3 powers that we can't even slot since we still got to slot Stamina and Health.

Won't slot, you mean. You will still be able to slot any power you select, so the choice you have is to not slot the 3 powers you pick up in place of Fitness, or adjust your build to find slots to devote to those powers. You could also choose powers the really don't require slotting.

For most characters, I plan on taking situational powers that I like but couldn't fit in under the current structure. My */Rad controllers will probably get Mutation. Several characters will add Recall Friend. Some may add Leadership.
However, Inherent Fitness might offer up some options to free up some slots. For example, if you take Maneuvers for an extra power on a soft-capped build, you might be able drop some of those 6-slotted sets that were needed for the IO set bonus. And since Maneuvers gives Defense to all, you might even be able to drop a slot or two from more than one power. Also, more characters will probably have Manuevers, so there may be less need to get all the way to softcap on team-oriented characters.
Frankly, I just don't get the complaints. I see nothing but good from this.
LOCAL MAN! The most famous hero of all. There are more newspaper stories about me than anyone else. "Local Man wins Medal of Honor." "Local Man opens Animal Shelter." "Local Man Charged with..." (Um, forget about that one.)

Remember, we almost have enough slots now to have everything. If they added even a few slots I could slot everything I wanted all the way up to the ED caps, and we'd all look very much alike.
Like Local_Man, I see this as a good incentive to pick up small situational powers I usually skip, like Rise of the Phoenix or Stealth.

With the Fitness pool being added as inherent in i19 does that mean our current run, jump, regeneration, recovery base values are getting all the Fitness power base values added? New better base values in other words?
