As far as I know the one in Leandro's post is still for the last version of Mids and wont work for the new one. Use the one in mine or Kheldarn's post.
I just tried to install the I19 patch for the October version of Mid's, and it doesn't seem to be working. (To be specific, Mid's is working fine, but inherent Stamina, etc. is not showing up.)
I extracted the download folder into the Data folder of Mid's and restarted Mid's; did I get the instructions wrong or miss a step?

I downloaded and extracted the patch no problem an hour ago so seems to be working okay now.
Using this hacked version I can now pick "Fly" at lvl 6 without picking Hover or the other one (brain is gone!) and way before lvl 14.
Is this a problem with this hacked version of Mids, or does it reflect what is going to happen in Issue 19, or is this just how it has always worked in Mids?
I am excited because if it is a real change then I can fit in Evasion and Elude. if not, then Evasion it is.
Maybe it has something to do with the Vet reward and early travel power pre requisite picks?

I reinstalled Windows and CoH and Mids and now I can't find the i19 patch that was made for Mids, can someone post the link or point me in the right direction?
