Always drop it before Blizzard, as Blizzard will drain all your end and you won't be able to recover for a while, unless you drop a CAB. I know a lot of people use it to slow the mobs in the Aoe Range and then drop Blizzard on the, making it very hard for them to escape the effect. Now that you're allowed to buff both these powers, with aim+build up AND Powerboost (very important as it will increase the slowing effect), this might be a very nice high damage combo indeed. This defenitely needs testing though. [...]

I'd at least get Bone Smasher in there before lv 10. This will be you hardest hitter until Bitter Ice Blast(I think it hits for about equal damage as Bitter Ice Blast, I can't really remember and I can't check when at work). I'd probably also drop Ice Bolt for Energy Punch as it hit much harder, but that's a personal preference really, as it kinda depends on how much time you intend to spend in melee range.

I can't quite remember why I put those ToHit Buffs in Build Up, to be honest. Probably because I didn't know what to do with the slots at the time.

Something like acc/hold/hold/end/rech/rech? Yeah, the 20 second recharge of Bitter Freeze Ray is rather long. The way I had the Freeze Rays slotted ensured a duration a bit longer than the recharge, but I can see sense in making sure stacking can be applied - allowing a margin of error.

Youre sure of that? Ill get confused all the time when fighting succubi, be it solo or in teams. Hero Builder doesnt state any confuse protection too, its only Disorient, Hold, Immob, KB and Sleep.

AS is single check, hence why you can be ASed several hundred yards away from the Stalker if you're moving around at high speed. -
...my Ice/EM Blaster. Did think about going /Elec instead, but with the upcoming Elec/Elec Brutes, I'd save the powerset for when I eventually get around to rolling one of those. I also like all those clickies you get with /EM, soooooo

If dual slotting of accuracy was to happen, one of the three damage or hold enhancements would be converted, so it'd be acc/acc/(dmg/dmg|hold/hold)/end/rechg instead.
Possibly swap Bone Smasher and Assault, and replace Bone Smasher with Tactics... or something. -

And that is most likely because they only lower the duration of the mez instead of all out protecting again it, so if the mez is slotted for duration, the effects of the resistances are lowered.
I do find Stalkers crying about the Placate resistance over on the US forums, though. -
I'd slot the toggles for endurance reduction before damage resistance, and I'd definitely replace the recharge reductions in Dark Regeneration with endurance reductions. It's quite an endurance hog (base endurance usage is ~34!). I'd place another heal increase in it as well, to make it acc/acc/end/end/heal/heal.
Obsidian Shield should be taken a lot earlier as well. It's your mez protection toggle... and without it, you'll most likely find yourself slept, held and disoriented a lot. If anything, it should most definitely find its way into the build before Acrobatics! -

If I remember correctly, Assault gives resistance towards Placate and Tactics against Fear and Confuse.
Mez resistance, not protection - so they will only reduce the duration of the mez. -

For DA, I'd say the main one that my li'l Satisfaction could lose is Murky Cloud (Elements resist I believe). Some would say that Death Shroud isn't worth it, but I think it's great, loads of damage really after you Soul Drain (or Build Up in your case) over a load of mobs.

Murky Cloud is your only source of Fire, Cold and (most importantly) Energy resistance. I don't really recommend not taking it.
