Brutal Monday's: The Fight for Fury.
I'll try to be there. Dust off my SS/WP. Should be interesting to work out who takes the alpha. -
DS/Thermal is beastly. Basically takes all of the positive attributes of demons and takes them to the next level. Tanker level resists, forge on 3 pets at once, debuffs, heals when eventually they take significant damage. The main downside is that it's very busy but if you're into that it's a lot of fun. It's probably my favorite toon to mess around with.

If you're feeling adventurous go fire/fire. One way or another you solo very quickly. For endgame nothing beats out Fire/Fire. Why? Because you can't swing a cat without hitting a Fire/Kin controller. Just follow even a decent one around and the damage they do is amazing but the damage you do with minimally slotted Blazing Aura and Hot Feet is GODLIKE.

Super Strength/Willpower Brute. Trust me if you're looking for a rags to riches toon you won't be disappointed.

Sorry to bring this thread back but I have a quick question. My blaster has FON fully ioed. What happens if I log into the toon? Will they not be effected, fall into my io tray or disappear? Please reply. This is my main and I'm afraid to log in on her.

Slotting a Luck of the Gamble + Recharge into Weave and replacing Thunderstrikes with Decimations in Gloom gives you enough recharge for overlapping Rage which prevents the rage crash.

Earth/Thermal. Every support ability a blaster could ever wish for (besides recovery buffs) and at 32 a pocket tank gets invited to the party.

Are you asking about leveling from 40-50 or how are blaster are during the endgame? Either way blasting got a lot easier for all my blasters around then. You should have enough reward merits to purchase the Miracle proc and or the +stealth proc for your chosen mode of transportation. Makes life as a blaster a lot more tolerable.

Vengeance is the real issue here. If you an rez something you can target it's body for Veng and that woul be ridiculously OP.

Illusion/Empathy is what you're looking for.
1 - Blind
1 - Healing Aura
2 - Spectral Wounds
4 - Heal Other
6 - Recall Friend
8 - Superior Invisibility
So you are now level 8 and you can hold/blast, heal from without dropping stealth and stealth missions of all levels (except Rikti, damn drones). The higher level powers are pretty good too I hear. -

Farm? Yes.
PvP? Someday maybe. Was too hurt by the changes not so long ago. My fire/fire blaster was okay at PvP and now... DAMN U!!!
Solo AVs? No. I get the same badge from killing the EB version right? I'll leave the solo AVs to the professionals. -
Respec build for sure. I like having a goal. Fire Sword, Cremate and Sands of Mu will hopefully get me through the early levels. This is gonna be my main on blue Virtue so money isn't really a factor.
