Its another one of those things thats rather poorly implemented, IMO.
If it has to be included, it should be as a passive 'Friendly' power. Rather than a 'hostile' one, as it counts as an interupt for the sake of things like the Medical pool powers, which can be, or could have been useful for RP. But, of course, you cant use them.
And for the spam record, whats WORSE is when people spam teleport next to you, not going anywhere but producing a damnable irritating sounds >=/ -
Just as an aside, it IS possible to negate NPCs endurance. A friend in SG had an elec Corr (thing he still does) that can end-crash anything up to and I think including an AV. Not 100% sure on the last one. But it was always a laugh end-crashing CoT and watching them all go for the knives. Suuure boys. Come to papa

Vix was still unconcious as the medics entered, but her eyes snapped open as they neared her. Just for a moment, they were a glazed orange, and Vix's aura boiled around her. Then whatever it was was gone, and blinked dozily, as is just waking.

Not really a merge, but just 1 sub for both servers.
Even if you now take 2 subs, you loose your entire veteran reward system. Its kinda what GW has done, servers are still seperated from eachother, but you can freely swap between them.

Thats exactly the same thing. Instead of having an EU lsit and a US list you have a list with both EU AND US servers on. So you can pick from any. Unless you've got me really flippin confused. -

Drake sat on a rise overlooking the bar, and was cackling to himself as the squad moved in. He was, when all was said and done, a Commando. Which translated into being a thoroughly unpleasant bit of work, even by Arachnos standards. He set his rifle down and lay patiently, watching to see what happened next. The roof might even come down on the squad, the way the building was creaking.

Toggles wouldnt work. Simply drawing both when a power is used would solve it. Or only draw one when a certain power is used, and then the other when the other sort is used. THEN keep both drawn while still in combat stance.

Chat logs seem to start and end at random points. For example, they wont begin when you log on, nor will they end when you log off, but be anywhere in between.
Maybe thats just me...? Anyone else found this? -

The ranged part could always make use of some of those rounds Malta get their grubby mitts on all the time. Im pretty sure Heroes can get at them as well, right? We've busted enough of them. And villains can always 'aquire' some -
Yes, thats called the 'Going Rogue' feature, something that the devs have mentioned and was at the heart of the hoo-haa with the Reformed badge.

Drake hadn't stopped running. He was already a block away, and now aimed for higher ground. It wasn't every day you go to see a building fall in on itself, with people who had recently been trying to kill you still inside.

rad anchor, for my example, is the NPC that gets hit with toggle debuffs, with an AoE that effects the rest of the mob with tasty nastiness like -def, -res and -damage. Killing them means the toggles go down and recharge, stopping the mob being debuffed.

General rules of anchoring for me;
Pick an LT. They tend to be the less squishy but not too hitty things around.
Pick and LT that isnt a Fortunata, CoT Demon lord or something thats a general swine that needs to die as soon as you clap eyes on it. Something like a Blood Widow is good, especially if running with a team that ahs holds, immobs etc.
Only anchor bosses if their the last thing there, and the debuffs are good on them anyway.
Tends to work out ok. -
Arguably Lumionous Blast does that already, with the majority of -Def effects.

Nicti VEATs would have been a complete Kheld copy-paste, much the same as pain domination was, with a few 'evil' bits nobbled on. I agree that its annoying that the options for VEAT costumes is limited; no helmet-less Soldiers, No widow butt-capes, no adding of personal effects, etc. Only one armoured costume.
But at least they are definately villain-y. I like kheldians as well (now I've found you can actually play them without being too dead) but had they simply given as us all-purple-and-red Kheld..sorry, Nictus VEATs...meh. Woulda felt even more 'slapped-on'.

Light is not good and dark is not evil. Light can blind people, and can even burn in high amounts. Dark can be cool, concealing, and subtle, which a lot of heroes would like to use.

It would need some pruning, obviously, should it ever happen.
My point was that people going 'Omg its overpowered nuuuu' are being...silly. We already have psionics being wielded by PCs, and in the case of the blasters for pure damaage purposes.
Also, PvP shouldnt really come into an arguement. Not anymore/yet.
