I'll try my best to make it. Few questions though.
Will this be a straight forward cossie contest or will it be judged on more than just cosmestics? For example:

In short: Yes. Although the main focus will be on the costume design all of the features that you mentioned plus for example how well the bow fits with your design will be looked at. Auras, powers and emotes should all be fine with in reason - if someone is clearly spamming powers they will stand less of a chance at winning.
We have arranged multiple judges from TWANG who will pick out their favorite. This should provide a wide range of winners from the amazingly unique to the excellently traditional.
We will also be deciding the overall winner in an unconventional way, true to TWANG's style.
That sure is alot of influence..
I'll be there if I have the time to get my archer up to 35 for talsorian bow.

Good question GrinningSpade. The requirements are the same as if you wanted to join the Archers Channel or Archers SG. Everyone must have an archery set from either the Blaster primary, Controller secondary, or the Defender Primary. This means that a temporary power does not qualify.

Exactly one week from now at 8pm GMT, on Saturday 7th February, TWANG(The Wonderful Archers Network Group) will be hosting a small competition in Atlas Park (under the globe) on Union. 6 prizes with a total of over 120,000,000 influence will be awarded to the best looking Archers. No minimum level required so anyone can enter with an Archer(this includes archery power sets from Blasters, Controllers and Defenders).
TWANG is a newly formed Super Group on Union. Founded by the same great members of the Archers Channel.
Anyone is welcome to join both the Archers Channel and the TWANG SG. We have optional Archer Teams on Wednesdays.
