I would go Fire/Storm as for you second question....do you want to focus on doing damage and healing the team...or do you want to focus on debuffing foes, slowing them, and dealing dmg?

Both of your picks would be very busy but I would go cold...even if you buff with shields you will have more time to blast compared to if you went the pain route. You also might want to try out Fire/Cold.

Ice/Cold also has that lovely combo of Sleet, Ice Storm and Blizzard...nothing can survive that and if it did it can't do anything to you while you run away lol.

The only thing I have seen survive that combo is Purple Con Elite Bosses or AV's. I've been also told that Heat Loss can halt downtime...well if they survive...MUAHAHAHA!

It all sums up to the fact that people like vibrant colorful worlds. Which COV lacks to some degree. I never understood why they didn't make at least one beautiful zone to bring in the blue siders.

Still I hear so many others bring up the markets and bring up content...nah they just like the blue skies of COH and the higher population and that's it lol.

Ah! Thank you so much. I'm not a regular blaster player but with the few blasters I've played I grew accustomed to taking things out pretty fast...but with Radiation I seemed to face-plant a lot.

One of my issues was I would open up with the two cones...which made every baddy charge my direction. I think i will focus on a single mob then throw in Irradiate for some spice and end with the cones. Until I get to the PBAoE lvl of pure carnage.

I still don't understand why people hate Stalkers. Once I hear a good reason I can rest in peace lol.

I hope this toon puts out more dmg! I just reached lvl 23 last night. How do you guys get off Haze and Scream w/o getting your butt kicked?

Alright point taken my friend, but dance or not you can catch them for a few seconds with Ignite but not long enough for the full affect granted.

I think one still should take ignite it's great for protection when the kb in Slug, buckshot or M30 just doesn't cut it.

This is crazy all you haters out there How could you NOT know what Singy is doing? How could you say he never charges in melee or blocks my escape route?(he does this often for me, one reason I was even able to Solo Cimerora Maps)

When I played Gravity Control I almost lost all hope but IMMEDIATELY when I acquired Singy I noticed a dramatic difference. In fact thanks to Singy I didn't delete my Grav/Kin Controller. I think you all are trolling this thread to get responses out of someone gullible like me...well it worked LOL.

As far as a Controller Pet that Protects you no other Pets comes close except for Phantasm, Animate Stone and Dark Servant. In my Opinion those three rival Singy as far as a pet that keeps you alive. Phantasm for me would have to almost pass Singy since he stays around after you die. *well at least the decoy does*. Animate Stone can dish out some tasty dmg and he tanks like mad.

Singy Will Tank for you and can actually survive Bosses, EB's and AV's with the right set up. I don't see the Imps doing that or even Jack (don't get me started on him). Venus lately has been impressing me since the buff but he still can't take much dmg.

As far as dishing out damage. He's not up there on the charts but as far as him being a wuss and not protecting you I beg to differ. He pushes out Aggro like no body's business.

Indeed I was mostly Referring to teams with a dom or troller but a lot of Times Due to the little "Dance" Animation that Full Auto Delivers You are able to keep them in the patch for a few seconds.

Or if you're a filthy ***** you can Afford Ragnarok: Chance for Kd which knocks them on their bum and sets them up for them roasting in the patch a bit.

Also on Team and Solo you can keep them in patch for a few seconds if you are fighting a baddy that is Melee. What you do "much like caltrops" is cast Ignite right in front of you...wala instead shield for a few seconds.

Oh Ignite...How I love Thee. Even after the Nerf it's sick. Before the Nerf I only needed to use three powers...Flamethrower,Ignite and Full Auto...Yum!

Tanks- I can only roll a few powersets and I am VERY sad that Ice Melee isn't available for other Melee AT's.

MM's-The only ones I could get into was Mercs and Thugs and I couldn't even make it to 36 w/o sitting them on the shelf. To Easy and quite boring.

That's about it. Certain sets I used to hate I now love.

Spines, Claws, Dark Miasama are but a few sets i learned to love. I also started to play Melee toons and blasters. I also play a little bit of blue side now.

Oh and Stone Armor *shudder*. Babs should give Stone Armor the Pumicite treatment...especially the Magmite Lord Look.

I love when he gets angry and charges into melee.

I know myself if I notice, Oil Slick, Ice Slick, Earthquake, Carrion Creepers patch, Sleet, Freezing Rain...whatever I will stop and either chat with the other defender or troller or synergize with their playstyle.

For example let's say they're an Earth/Rad right after the duration of earthquake ends I will throw out my hold/immob out there and do my thing...be it Fire cages + Flash Fire or whatever. If I see him/her using earthquake again I stop spamming and wait till' the duration of earthquake to end. Normally with a 8 man team spawns don't last long.

The only Time I can see it sending a tell about synergy being necessary is if they have two kd powers like Ice Slick and Freezing Rain.

My stalker used to carry wakies. I was a nin/nin so I always outlasted everyone on the team. When that happened I would fling our waterspout and just wail on the biggest nasty until he died. Giving the brute or Corr to regain their senses so they could piece back together the team.

I have a AR/Kin Corr and Siphon Power+Fulcrum plus Full Auto is a beautiful thing! In fact I had to be cautious b/c I would put out some much dmg and aoe spawns would turn to me and leave the brute standing there puzzled.

I can't stand Nova Form I need to try oneday but...ewww I just can't stand it at all.

Grav/Stone is nice plus powerboost helps those weak holds grav has. I love Grav though singy ftw.
