Its by getting a certain amount of present glowies in a zone, then a big gift box appears in the zone and you go to his realm.

There are 4 different stealth IOs that you can only use ONE in a build.
Freebird
Celerity
Jump one (cant remember the name off hand)
Teleport one (again cant remember the name)
If you have one of any of these slotted in you cant use a 2nd from a different set.
So for instance, if you slot a celerity stealth IO into sprint you can't slot a freebird stealth in fly. If you do try to slot a second one the power "greys out" so you cant slot it.
So basically what everyones trying to ask you is if you have one of the other 3 slotted in. Because this seems to be your problem with trying to slot the freebird stealth in.
Hope this helps.
*EDIT* Maybe download the new titan sentinel program from http://www.cohtitan.com/ and download the mids chunk from your character and post it here for us to see your current build? Then we can see what the problem is for you a bit easier. -

Quote:^ This, my demons bright pink right now. Bear in mind its the 3rd pet that gets coloured though, and the 2nd tier 2 pet. It doesn't colour them all.The hellfire demons will burn the same color as your summoning circles, more or less, depending on if you pick Dark or Light colored power for that summon. Play with it at the tailor. If you zoom out with the button at the bottom on the Power Customization screen, you can see the demons getting summoned, and what color they are. Mine are a bright green, a greener green than the default color.

all pets: /petsay_all <em dance>
one pet targetted: /petsay <em dance>
Change the word dance to whatever specific dance you want, can also do other emotes too like protest, pushup etc -
Well it is the best place to ask if you bought the EU version of Going Rogue and you have made a character on the Union Server
Personally i am part of a duo sg but have friends who do recruit regularly and also some nice peeps might drop in here and give you some advice,
If you let us know your global handle it would help us to give you a tell ingame to help you around as well. You'll see the Global Handle in the menu, which will tell you your global if you do not know it.
Also to help you out there are 3 good global channels to join to get teams, task forces, badges, help etc.
Sals Badgehunters
Union TaskForce
Union Chat
To join these right click inside your chat box and then choose the option "Join Channel". Type one of these in and then join the channel then rinse and repeat for the other 2.
If you need any help ingame give me a tell (/t @Nightshade, your msg) and i will try and help out as best i can. I won't be on anymore this evening as i am about to go to bed but will be on tomorrow during the afternoon/evening (and am on most days lol)
Also if you are a new player (you didn't say) Welcome to CoX and (hopefully) the EU serversHope you have fun with us

burn, burn, burn, burn....did i mention burn?
Hot Feet to me is a bit meh on a blaster, its ok for a troller but not for someone who wants to dealing hot flaming arrows of death.
Burn is pure win in the fact you can toast anything that DOES come close to you, hot feet doesn't hurt that much.
That my 2 inf though and someone will probably turn round and say i'm wrong -
pfft, I'll try and get on to chat but i won't be doing much til this chest infection goes, I'm too ill to concentrate on anything right now

Quote:BaBs is goneApparently, BaBs was working on getting rid of redraw altogether, but ran into a snag where it broke something very badly (like, powers not working at all badly). We're probably going to have to wait until he fixes that to get Kick without redraw.

Have been known to do all MM teams, check this thread out:
http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=230129
I'm currently suffering badly from flu/chest infection so not playing right now (constantly coughing so can't even control myself let alone a char lol). But when i come back on i may just have to start this up again. -
Tux, the build you posted up was mine
might wana edit that dude
Reason i got entropics was due to the cheapness yes but also the heal proc which has saved my backside a few times on other blasters. I like the set ^^
possibly switch out flares for blaze, gotta get a chance to fiddle with these builds some. Was busy all day yesterday and didn't get chance.
And remember guys i want fly on my build for concept so to get hasten etc I'd need to drop something.
Some good solid advice here too from everyone. I promise I'll try and edit my build this weekend XD -
thanks for that, I'll have a play around again with it later on when i wake up a bit.

K, i am making 2 builds on my fire/cold guy currently, one for teaming one for soloing. I know these builds have the fitness pool and i will probably pick up any powers that i have missed out when i19 goes live but for now I'd like someone to look both these builds over for me and tell me if/where/what i have done wrong and maybe suggest improvements.
I wanted to go for a high recharge/high damage potential char, but on the team build i wanted to be able to buff everyone up as a cold should.
Flight pool for me is a must for the char's concept, same goes for breath of fire for any of those who want to fiddle with my builds.
Thanks to those who look this over, any advice is appreciated

Maybe someone should test the EU to US gleemail? even if its just 1 inf? Or has this been tested?
-
Quote:Was meaning the view when you are actually flying Bill, as you stated the pack clips with wings, especially if its the little tiny bat wings (hell i can't even see those on my granite most of the time with a jetpack on)Pretty sure that wings still flap with every version of jump and fly regardless of how you get it. Course, you also have the pack in question crammed into the middle of your wings and clipping heavily with them...
Also to the rest, I didn't want to start an argument over this, i just wanted to know what most people think that's all. If someone else prefers CJ/Acro or SS that's fine but personally I love fly and just wish people who do make builds consider that.... ESPECIALLY if asked to look over a build with fly in instead of either laughing in my face or telling me to reroll/respec. That's probably what I'm trying to get at here and didn't make clear enough in the OP. Trying to get build help for a concept is like trying to pull teeth from a healthy running horse. -
ah but a jetpack isn't nearly as nice as seeing wings flapping in the wind now is it?
-
Nice to see a few replies to my OP.
As i stated in the OP i nearly always take the flight pool cause it fits my concepts on most of my chars (mainly dragons or some type of winged toon) and when I'm on a squishy i like to be able to float above the NPCs shooting away on blaster/troller/fender etc without getting hurt (much)
It's just a shame when you get people with the "must have" mentality for other travel pools.
I haven't seen many flyer's on my home server since i started but i did get a PUG TF with about 6 or 7 of us who did which was awesome.
Yes fly can be slower than SS but when you're up in the air you don't have to zoom around buildings etc as much as you would if you had SS IMO.
I love fly and no-one will take that away from me -
stalker ^^ I have a lvl50 one and shes awesome
but if brute or scrap... I'd go scrap -
I know super speed is usually taken for for hasten, leaping for CJ/Acro but WHY do i never seen builds with fly in? I love air sup and on a squishy I take hover for the LOTG/extra def.
Super Speed i can only handle on 1 or 2 of my toons due to bashing into walls etc. Most of the time i find it too quick. 98% of my toons have some form of Air Sup/Hover/Fly. Whenever I've asked for build help via forums or friends nearly all the builds suggested to me have SS in them even if i say that I want fly.
I understand that a lot of people want to min/max their toons but fly to me is such an awesome pool i just don't understand why people don't take it much. And I figure its easy enough to work in hasten if a toon REALLY needs it.
Really this post is more a rant and also to ask for those who do builds WHY? WHY NO FLY? Where has the love gone?(and no I am not trolling i honestly would like an answer)
-
If you have high lvls on your other account and you want to get the stuff you have off them, why not resub the old account and give it all to the new one?
Or if its just lowbies you enjoyed that you wanted to move over, why not remake them? Easy enough to level nowadays
Personally I'd choose which account to stick with, strip and forget about the other. -
If the OP is still having probs making a EAT theres one thing to try.
Get a lvl19-49 toon either side, lvl it by 1 lvl and go train. BAM, epics unlocked for the side you are on.
Hope this helps -
