Scrapper.
Dual Blades is so much more effective on a Scrapper, and this is coming from a player that prefers Brutes.
Julius has it right. DB is better for Scrappers.
I just like villains more

I prefer Brutes.
But DB is one of several sets that are simply more effective on a Scrapper.
Along with Elm, KM and SD.
DB/ is better on Scrappers and /DA is better on Scrappers because you don't have to worry about negating your fury generators with OG and CoF.

Six posts saying that DB is better on Scrappers than on Brutes. Would anyone be kind enough to tell me why?
I have a DB/Elec Scrapper and Brute at low levels and only one is going to get levelled so I'm curious to know what 'more effective' means. So far, I'm finding the Brute more fun as DB's quick attacks seem to build Fury really fast. But then, I am a bit of a slave to Fury anyway.
Any insights into why it's simply 'better' on Scrappers? What makes it less good for Brutes?

I'm pretty sure blinding feint is more useful on a scrapper since they benefit more from the dmg buff, but other than that, I'm not sure.

And while DB is better on scrappers, you get better defensive numbers from /dark on a brute.

But if you like Fury, just go with Brute. I think ultimately, it's about which style you like better. Scrapper is like having "no style" just random critical while Brute has Fury to maintain. I have a friend who just hates Scrapper because he thinks it's boring to the max but hey, some people find joy in seeing Critical and Bigger Numbers. Your game, your choice.
Basically some people find it boring being Overpowered and some people find it so enjoyable to be Overpowered.
What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.

Yeah, DB is better on a Scrapper, but /DA is better for Brutes because Scrappers don't get a taunt in Death Shroud.
