On my Plant/Psi, the only powers I took from Plant were Stranger,Roots,Seeds,Carrion Creepers and Fly Trap. In Psi, I took everything but the snipe and Telekinetic Blast(which you may consider taking it for leveling, as it's much better now)

Make sure to pick up Seeds of Confusion as soon as possible, it really makes Plant shine. You don't have to get Stamina at 20 since you have Drain Psyche, but you'll need to pick it up eventually.

I'm beginning to get tired of playing my Brute all the time and I'd like to get back into playing a Dom again. My first redside 50 was my Plant/Psi Dom and the ride to 50 was incredibly fun, mostly due to my love of Plant Control's graphics(and also Seeds of Confusion is AMAZINGGGGG)

So, what else could I pair with Plant? I like AoEs and generally stray away from mostly ST sets, but if the set is good enough I can probably deal with it. I also don't plan on spending a ton of money in IOs on them so they can be a SUPERDOM, so something that can be good with minimal IO use/SOs would be ideal.

I just made a Plant/Earth and she's sort of 'meh', but most Doms are at level 4.

I just rolled one recently, and it's pretty much the only Defender I've ever rolled that got played past level 5. Nice so far, can't wait to see what's to come.

I was just scared that I'd be squishy without being decked out.

This is more of a general SD question, but I guess I'll post it here since I plan on using it with a Scrapper.

Anyway, for a while I've been hearing that SD is "only good with IOs". Since I'm currently tight on money and I've been wanting to make a /SD for a while now, this concerns me. Is it only good with a ton of expensive sets in it, or is it just as good with relatively easy to get ones? Or even none at all?

This is a bit off topic, but I've always wanted to know this.

On my Brute, no matter how much I punch and no matter how many enemies are wailing on me(or trying to, rather), my fury bar never goes past about 90%. Is it possible to get it any farther up? I've seen a couple of videos where it has.

I've also noticed a drop in my survivability. I used to be able to take multipule mobs of Freaks at once without ever having my health drop below 50%, but now I die before I can finish off the group. :/

Reading this thread made me sad that I've been planning on leveling my SS/WP all this weekend.

Oh well.

It wasn't because I didn't like it, it's really because I was playing my SoAs and deleted the Corr for space.

I'll try Rad/, I've played a Kin/Rad Def to 41, but that was a while ago, so I'll see what it's like on a Corr.

Currently I have 2 /Kin Corrs that I'm enjoying very much. A Fire/Kin at 50 and an Ice/Kin at 41. After playing a Fire/Kin Troller to 50 I've been in love with the set, and I'm wondering if there are any more good combinations.

I love AoE, but ST is fine too. I've always wanted to level a Sonic, but I've always lost interest before I got too high.

I don't PvP, so I'd like something that's good for PvE.

I don't strictly solo or strictly team, so I'd like something that can do well in both team and solo.

My other /Kins have picked up Leadership with Vengeance and my Fire/Kin has the Fighting pool, so something that's not too end heavy is good. (I know I have Transference, but there's a possibility of running out of End before it recharges, and it can also miss.)

I'm thinking a Succubus would be a cool Tier 3 pet for Demon Summoning.

Not sure how I feel about Dual Pistols, since I tend to not like weapon based sets too much(not because of them being weapon based, I just can't get into playing as one). But I agree that it's Nuke shouldn't have an End crash like Full Auto and Rain of Arrows.

Over the weekend I finally managed to get my Widow a few levels and I'm having tons of fun with Fortunata.

She's 35 right now, and I've only picked up TT:M as far as team buffs go (other than Mind Link, of course) and I'm wondering if I should respec to fit either 1 or both of them into my build.

I'm also wondering if Psychic Scream is worth it. I picked it over Aim at 30, and I find myself using it only a few times when I'm fighting, if at all. Also, with Aim I could drop some of the Acc slots I have in my nuke to make room for a Rech enhancement(since it's crashless, having it up as often as possible would be helpful).

Lastly, I'm having occasional End issues that can become annoying if I've got no blues with me. It's not very often, but it seems that other Forts that I've teamed with on my higher Villains don't have issues at all. I've been suggested slotting a +End proc in Stam, which is what I'll get around to doing once I'm done buying some IOs for Mind Link. Is there anything else I should be doing other than slotting my toggles for End Redux(have two in IW and one in TT:M)

Played Redside all weekend, got my Spider to late-20s and Widow to mid-30s, also my Fire/Kin Corr to 50. Met a few people along the way that were fun to play with.

I had fun.

Got my Spider from 20-27 and Widow from 27-31 yesterday, and my Corruptor to 50 Friday.

Nothing bad besides me being on a team with 2 people who didn't know how to get to Nerva from Sharkhead, but that wasn't really a problem.

Now this is a layout I'm used to using.

If bridging is "fixed", expect the forums to explode, more than they already have. Like, AE Doom threads times 100.

Thankfully, it won't be long until they discover another way to do it.

The reason EE isn't overpowered on a Troller is because their secondaries already have a heal(well, most of them do), while Doms don't.

Only thing I'm concerned about is..

If we now have a Praetoria zone, does that mean no more Portal Corp. trips to Praetoria?

I love those portals.

I want CoP to come back just to see how tall I am to Rularuu. From what I've read on the wiki, it sounds like fun to me.

But of course, like most things, exploiters ruined it for everyone.
