    More work? Hell yeah!
    More equitable? Hell yeah!
Will people still have hissyfitragequits? Hell yeah!

Honestly though, this is one of those things where you should just bite the bullet.

    Right?
You know what, with the attitudes I've seen from the NA players in this thread I think I'd rather keep my global name than have access to their servers.

Actually from my point of view it's the NA servers being added to the EU list.

If this is so fair you wouldn't mind the NA accounts being renames and the EU ones being left unchanged? Rubbish.

As it happens I have the same account name on my active EU account and my throwaway dormant NA account. I would really hope I get the opportunity to change the account names rather than being forced to log in as EUMyAccountName for the rest of my CoH days.
  5. You'd think someone would get a little suspicious...

Woah! Is this true? We're going from 2 English servers to 13!! I can feel my altitis itching already....

I was just thinking the same thing. The game seems to be shifting from a "the game is the journey" alt-friendly game to an end-game raiding, one-or-two-mains culture just like any other MMO.

As a consequence my altitis is having to be curbed because when I get on to play and roll a new alt all my friends are too busy running WST or end game content to get shards. Gathering interest in low-level teams is getting increasingly harder.

In short, I'm feeling your frustration.

As a /Regen scrapper I have no blue bar issues but have it slotted with 3 Cytoskeleton Exposure HOs to save on slots.

Please pester them, I'm tired of logging in three or four times in one evening.
  11. Yup, I had this on a few toons I played yesterday as well. All visible trays had been reset to tray 1 and the only powers in them were the two winter event temps.

I assumed it was the result of a patch at some point, I haven't played much CoH in the last few weeks and had returned for the DXP Weekend.
  12. Cool......oh, US residents only, again.

Is there a similar competition for EU players happening anywhere?

I haven't seen another one run since...
  14. My PCs have all been named after characters in Haibane Renmei.

Currently I have machines named Hyouko and Hikari
  15. Strangely I had this issue, or something very much like it for the first time tonight.

So far it's a one-off but the only thing that's changed on my system is an update of the graphics drivers to the current 260.99

    This.

  23. From the patch notes:

    Quote:
    Team Search Improvements

    * This color scheme came about along with other behind-the-scenes work to make searching more useful in Going Rogue. It used to be that heroes could see heroes and villains could see villains and that was that. With Vigilantes going to Rogue Isles and so on, we needed a more sophisticated approach. Now the people you see are people you could team with, and who are in the same part of the game world as you (eg. people in the Rogue Isles can't see people in Paragon City and vice versa, regardless of their alignment).
    * The new color scheme works like this:
    • Jade green: Same team as you
    • Red: They have 'not looking for group' set
    • Yellow: They can't be invited to team with you because they're on a mission map or in an arena match
    • Orange: They're the opposite faction to you and not on a mixed team, so you have to go to their map to team with them
    • Violet: They're the leader of a team with less than 8 people on it
    • Pale blue: They're not on a team and you can invite them
    • Green/grey: They're on a team but not the leader, so you can't invite them and they can't invite you
  24. The bottom tray is accessed with the number keys, the second with Alt+number keys and the third using Ctrl+number keys

    http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/The_Play...ce/Tray_Window
  25. Is this happening when you're just taking regular gameplay screen-shots or when you are trying to capture screens like the character select screen or the Icon/Facemaker screens to the clipboard?

On my Win7 x64 box, regular gameplay screenshots are fine, they end up in the /screenshots folder as expected but I get blank images captured to the clipboard so pasting into Photoshop, etc just doesn't work as it does on XP.

This is with a NVidia GTX260 on Win7 Home Premium x64 (not sure what drivers as I'm at work atm)

EDIT: Frostbiter is correct, Tech Issues would be a better board for this thread.
