I believe there's only 2 morality missions per alignment, per level grouping, but I could be wrong. You can change alignments as often as you wish.

No, you can't "undo" an alignment. You just run the 10 tips and then the morality to change. For example, a hero just has to run the tips and the morality to change to a vigilante, no matter how many times they've confirmed their hero alignment. From there, they just need to run 10 more tips and the morality to change back to hero if they want, or switch to full villain.

The moment you change alignment, you will lose any unspent alignment merits, as well as any alignment tip missions or morality missions.

Take note, though, that except for the instant change token, you do have to go through the Rogue and Vigilante alignments before you can switch to the opposing faction. Also, before you can collect Alignment Merits, you have to reconfirm your Hero/Villain status. So, for example, you start as Hero, do 10 tips and a morality to switch to Vigilante, then do 10 more tips and morality to switch to Villain, you will still have to do 10 more tips and a morality to confirm your Villain alignment. You will receive only Reward Merits for that morality mission. Only after that will you be able to receive Alignment Merits for further morality missions and SSAs.

Core gives a 6% buff, which is doubled for pets. The in-game info only shows the pet stat though. As Aggelakis says, it will run for two minutes, then have two minutes recharge.

I'm pretty sure that they all do give a buff in addition to the buff from when they're turned on. I know that Support gives an Endurance discount at all times, and Assault gives a damage bonus. Those items show up in my combat numbers regardless of whether the power is toggled on or not.

Uh, you do realize that the ParagonWiki is a player created, player controlled, and player updated resource, don't you? Petitioning won't do a thing and NCSoft/Paragon Studios have nothing to do with it. You can register with CoHTitan and edit the wiki yourself if you disagree with something. Of course, that doesn't stop someone else from changing anything you might write as well.

I also operate pretty much the same as Aggelakis. We can see when someone's endurance drops, but unless you know the powers, you can't see someone's recharge rate. Additionally for me, if AB pops up and no one needs endurance, I'll pop it on anyone who has a power set that I know has long recharge powers, most commonly Controllers and to a lesser degree, Dominators (who seem more likely to push recharge to get perma-dom), in order to get those AoE mezzes up faster.

I've never killed anything in this that didn't count toward the totals, at least on purpose, and I've gotten the badge on plenty of characters.

It isn't worth it to 6 slot stamina. Going from 0 end to full end, the difference between 3 slotted and 6 slotted stamina is 1 second.

It seems likely. Colonel mentions 4 ways to rez someone. Just off the top of my head, there would be one with the Empathy set, the Day Job one, the temp power recipe, and that's all I can think of that Colonel could consistently get without resorting to the Medicine pool.

So let's take a look at the odds here. You're not going to get a drop when you kill someone while the person is on your defeat list. That's a 5 minute timer (if you get a drop, there's a 10 minute timer before you can get another one). So, it you time it perfectly that you get your kill the moment the timer is up, the maximum number of kills that a drop is available in a 24 hour period is 60 minutes/5 minutes = 12 chances per hour * 24 hours = 288. So at best you've had 288 rolls at what I've heard is a 1 in several thousand chance. You haven't even hit a valid statistical sampling, much less enough to decide it's improbable.

Having said all that, I once had 2 PvP drops in a 15 minute period. Blew me away (though they weren't the good ones).

You can repeat it through Ouro. You can't run the missions directly off the contacts again.

You don't need to unlock the slot to be able to craft the power. I was able to craft my T4 Hybrid power in a minute when the slot went live. The only barrier was unlocking the slot so I could actually place the T4 in there.

As an alternative, Defraggler is a free disk defragger with a gui that can also defrag individual folders or files.

Yes, to do the various invention system stuff you have to either be VIP, buy a 30 day invention license, or be tier 7 in Paragon Rewards.

You do have to realize that you're downloading over 4 gigs of game and you are limited by your internet download speed. That said, you do want to get it to actively download rather than download in the background. Go back to or restart the launcher, right click on City of Heroes and select Update or Repair, not sure exactly what it says for a new install. It should then start updating faster.

I just can't understand not going to Null the Gull and setting it to automatically refuse if you don't want the buffs.
