While they have no assigned level basically the invasion forces are mostly 30 levels .. that was based solely on the level of the recipes that dropped during invasions.
This is because the code used during the invasions is the same as when attacking a Giant Monster. When your level is greater than the hidden level of the enemy, you do damage as if you were the same level. -
Do you remember what the shard dropped off of? The hidden level of most of the Rikti troops is level 30, so they shouldn't be. I've heard that the bombs and the heavies are level 50, so it should be possible off of them.
For the zombies, I would think maybe the Nightmares, but probably not any of the others.
Of course, I could be completely wrong

You do not need to buy a disc and re-install it. Just backup the files onto a DVD and copy them back onto your drive after reformat. The only thing that matters is your account name and password. You can log into the game from any computer with those.

I spent about 10 minutes fighting with Trapdoor to a standstill on StarGeek (Emp/Rad blast) before I finally asked for advice on JS or Vigil (can't remember which). I was told to pull him down the hallway away from the clones. He went down quickly after that.

Complete 10 Hero or Villain tip missions and the following morality mission or buy one for 50 Reward Merits and 20 million Inf.
You can complete a maximum of 5 tip missions per 20 hour period. After you complete the ten tip missions, you can then get a morality tip to drop. The first time you do a morality mission, you'll only get reward merits. Also, you can make only 1 hero/villain merit purchase in a 20 hour period. -

When you join a global channel, all your characters can access that channel.
The problem is that you still need to add that channel to one of your tabs on all those other characters. Right click a tab, select Edit Tab, and you'll find the channel you're looking for on the right side. Select it and Add it and you'll be able to see the chat now.
What you can do is get one character with all the tabs and channels set up properly, then type /ChatSave. Then, when you switch characters, all you have to do is type /ChatLoad. -
I just realized that a couple of characters are still full hero and not vigilante yet. I can pull up an Atlas, KR, Skyway and FF for sure. Bricks and Talos need a couple days to switch to vigil. I think I can pull up the Steel one without having to switch a character to vigil. I don't have a character in the IP range.
Of course, the actual paper missions would also need to be run. -
I think I can now pull up most mayhem mission. The one I think I can't is the 25-30 level one. No payment required, I just need someone to hold the mission so I can swap in some other characters.

Also, if you mean global channel, clicking on the channel name in the chat box allows you to "Set MotD" which basically sticks the slash command that Master mentions in the chat box.
