I know there are some Wentworth Badges you can get such as the Power Seller Badge for selling 7000 items and other badges that will give you extra slots. I am thinking that 20 slots are the max but I am not 100% sure?

There's no chart on that page at all. I'm guessing you mean the chart on the Leveling Chart page? That doesn't give a maximum, just the base number you get at each level. You get bonus slots for various badges. Seven slots for sales badges and one more for a vet badge.
