(Not sure where the plug-up is, I see a few names of people who re-upped their data more recently than me, and they're on the leaderlist fine.)
According to this post on the titan boards, it's only updated every 24 hours. It's a year and half old post and it seems to me that it's done a bit more frequently now.
  2. It was a nice run and we almost made it a masters. I still need that shiny though.

I'm planning on coming along, hoping for a master attempt. Last Master of badge I need . But I won't be too worried if it doesn't pan out.

Except when you exemp more than 3 levels below the level of the IO. It's a global IO so it works like a set bonus

With regards to herostats, just in case you hadn't seen it

    Website Updates Phase-Out

Beef_Cake planned on getting a Badge-Hunter version of Sentinel made (linky) but I don't know how far that's come along. The above info could be quite outdated at this point.

I believe they wiped the database in the past day or so and started everything over. At least, all of my characters no longer had there badge data on there. Luckily, Sentinel makes it really easy to fix.

So, even if just ONE of you can join me - let's try to do it - I might be able to find one more from my SG or private globals.
This is really better posted on the server forums for whatever server you're planning this on. Also, publicly advertising the time means that you're going to get some PvPers in there to oppose you as well, even that early in the morning.

I suppose I can see the value of broadcasting your current character's archetype and level if you're really into TFs and below 45, but why waste valuable chat line space with the local name? It's not as if people have to open the team finder and search for you to add you after communicating in chat... (since they can click on your name and invite you, even through your global)
It's also partially legacy from when you couldn't just click on a person's name in chat and invite them. At one time, you did have to have the local name to invite to a team.

So, not my fault (this time).

Though, the price it can be sold to the store and the level required for crafting still needs to be filled in.

Hmmm... you could be right. I always use smoke grenade as well when clicking glowies like that, so it could just be the -perception from that power.

You are incorrect in that. That little bit of stealth, especially in conjunction with smoke grenade, means you can fight one spawn even though another is close by or you can click a glowie without fear.

    Got enough question marks there?

It didn't change. There are Three different recipes for the Backup Radio. A low level, a mid level, and a high level version. Rikti Alloy would be for the high level version, the Military Cybernetic would be for the mid level version.

edit: I just added the recipe info to the Wiki's Backup Radio page.

Devices Cloaking Device gives the same amount of stealth as Super Speed. Additionally, it doesn't completely suppress, giving 15' even when you attack.

  16. Wow, never heard of that variable before. And it's been in the wiki for months now.

A previous thread on the subject.

I'm not saying post in it and bring it to the top, just additional reading for ya'
  18. I keep wondering how people find these old threads and then decide to post stuff in them. How many pages back must this thread have been?

There's this thread over in the market/invention forum, but it's a bit out of date in some parts.

I haven't tested it, but for most giant monsters there should be no change. Nearly all GMs have a hidden level lower than 50 and your attacks will be reduced to the level of the GM. The one exception I can think of is probably U'kon Grai. I've heard that it's hidden level is 54, which seems likely, though it's hard to test in the middle of a mothership raid. In that case, according to the way things work, the level shift might work, giving your attacks damage as if you were 51 attacking a level 50, instead of a level 50 attacking a level 49.

Against Devouring Earth Monsters, the level shift should help. They have a hidden level and do not use the GM attack code.

  22. How many story arcs do you have open? Try clearing out a major story arc then go back to the Mendor.

I took time to double check what I typed after creating my own channel and it worked for me.

    But…

I don't see how you can bind these commands in any realistic way. You're always going to have to fill in the Global Name of the player you want to silence. The $target variable won't for you here.

I've looked all over, and I see the layout for it, but they won't work. I've tried every way. I'll use my name as an example
    /chan_user_mode [apex hotline] [Elimist] [-send]
    /chan_user_mode apex hotline Elimist -send
    /chanusermode apex hotline Elimist -send
    /chanusermode [apex hotline] [Elimist] [-send]

I've tried all these combinations and more, and all I get is

    Usage:chanusermode takes 3 args, you gave 5.
Sets user permissions for specified user on channel.
You must have operator status to set permissions.
    Syntax: chan_user_mode <CHANNEL NAME> < PLAYER_NAME> <OPTIONS...>
    Valid Options:
The arrows <> are just standard document speak for "replace this with…" whatever option, you don't actually use them. I have no idea were you're pulling the idea to use brackets though.

Quotes are probably needed around your channel name though, because it has a space in it. If the player name had spaces in it, quotes would also probably be needed.

    Try this:
    /chanusermode "apex hotline" Elimist -send

The word villain was linked to Villain (Alignment) page. That seemed pretty explicit to me, which is why I changed it.
