Check you combat attributes. Some people have reported a bug with some KB protection not working recently. Only post I can find right off but I believe there were some others.

    F2P Problem

    It should be currently downloading.

The download is now done in stages so a person can start playing right away while the rest of the game downloads in the background.

edit: Previous thread with better explanation.

    This.

I had 4 on my defender and 8 on my fire/fire tank. I didn't notice any difference.
  4. When I log into a character that still has them, I pull and paste this from my clipboard history program:

    /optionset StoreAccessButton 1$$optionset LoyaltyTreeAccessButton 1

Of course, you could also do this once and just load the saved options.
  5. You can get to First Ward through Imperial Underground. Also, here's now a portal to the Underground in Talos (north of Arena) and Cap (SE pier).

    Why LotG?

I rarely see consistency in the LotG global recharge IO. Sometimes it goes up to 200 mill, sometimes it drops down to the low prices I currently see (110,090,900 for level 25 IO, 120-130 mill for level 50 IO).

I admit that I am part of the problem. I take random rolls with my merits rather that increasing the supply of the sure thing. I think of it a performing a service for the community since usually half of the recipes I get have more bids than supply, and usually at least once a month I get something where the supply of either the recipe or the crafted enhancement has gone to zero. But I also know I'm taking a 30 to 50 million Inf hit (when I don't get a lucky roll) on each LotG's worth of merits. And I'm also helping keep the prices on these other recipes from climbing while usually NOT contributing to the supply of the top sellers.
I'm going to disagree with you here about taking a hit on your infl. I've been keeping track of random hero rolls for a bit now (see spread sheet link below) and I've done much, much better on random rolls than I would have done on LotGs. My net (after market tax and crafting cost) average roll on my level 50 character is 121,758,281 per Hero Merit. To match that with a LotG you'd have to sell each one for about 270 million. More if you're spending infl to convert reward merits to alignment merits.

    Origins?

Also a few of temp powers give extra damage depending upon origin, like the Stolen SMG when used by Natural characters.

How would you do that? I haven't heard of a way to convert A-Merits into Reward Merits.

Is that in PvP or PvE? From what I understand, the bug is that it doesn't work in PvE.

Been there, done that. This is probably the problem.

Unless it's be very recently changed, the ignore list isn't 1,000, it's only 100.

Edit: Just verified, it's still only 100 people max on ignore list.
  12. Well, right now the problem is you've got the wrong link in there. Use http://img192.imageshack.us/img192/3280/ultimus.jpg instead.

Quite possibly. I just did a quick grep of the chat logs and that's the data that popped up. There was no info on end for other characters, which isn't a surprise.

Drones and Knives have normal perception for their rank (45' for minions, etc). I'm not sure about Rularuu though.

To add to the fun, there are also the Longbow Eagles and members of the Cabal who have the [Positioning] power which acts like an attack. It's purpose is to keep the critter at a distance from you, but if you get within range of the power (melee range, I believe), your stealth drops as if you were attacked.
  15. One more point is that cloaking device stealth doesn't suppress completely. Even when you attack or click a glowie, you still have 15' of stealth. Hit the enemies with a smoke grenade and you can still sneak by or click a glowie without problem.

I've been running tip missions regularly since GR came out and the above screen shot is the only time this has happened. Just this year that's 106 Hero merits, so once out of 1060 tip missions. Now, that was on my level 50 character and most of my tip missions were on my level 33 character, so maybe that has something to do with it.

Then you can get 2 morality tips.
Actually, this can be quite variable. You can get 2 hero morality tips at level 40(41?)-50, plus a vigilante morality tip for 3 total, but in the 30-40 range there's only one tip for each of vigilante and hero.
  17. Inspirations drop like candy from a pinata. Use them, always. If you have ones that you can't use, convert them, use them to make space, or just delete them.

If you die while I'm teamed with you and I can't drop a wakie on you because your inspiration tray is full, you're going to get a well deserved HA HA.
  18. Same thing happened to me. I was running level 50 hero tips solo and had a left over.

  19. On my empath defender with the proc in Heal aura, it heals 89.69 points of health and gives 8.25 points of end.

I believe that this is the case. I remember a thread about it quite a long time ago.

I'm just curious about this statement. This makes it sound like the OP might be doing the mission as a flashback.

If this is the case, basano98, open the team window and click the quit tf button.
