None of the villain PPP sets are of much use in PVP, we were told the Villain epics would be more powerful to make up for the fact that you cannot respec and change them like you can with hero ones, what a crock that was. Villain epic armours for squishies are needed but thats about it, the pets are useless (pretty much in pve too) I can go through every hero epic set for all the different ATs and there are several powers I want to take from them and fir into my hero builds, on my villains I will take armour on squishies and thats it, my brutes and stalkers dont even bother and fill up on pool powers.
Simple fact is Heroes are MUCH more powerful than villains in PVP and the undynamic PPPs are the main cause of this -

sadly its pretty easy to bypass ninj and even sr, blasters with aim and BU can do it at will and most of the time 2 acc SOs + BU means scrappers will too, factor in focused accuracy and it gets even harder. I dont take defences on my stalkers and play as if people can see me, keeps you sharp.
Given the low hit points of a stalker (less than a blasters for a melee toon) dull pain is a godsend.
EM/Regen is my advice -

the term offender is generic and can be taken out of the context in which it is intended and as thus lead to confustion as every set has offensive capabilities. In terms of player coined terms blastfender bridges the gap more adequately as if you have even the most bvasic grasp of the COH ATs you will know what the context is. Call something an offender and an alarming amount of people will thing you are talking about COV (when playing on cross atlantic servers and finding lvl 31 inv tanks who dont ahve stamina and ask why we tell him to turn toggles on and tank, i feel its best not to overestimate anyone)

ninj is a fun set, you have no kb protection so will have to get acrobatics for pvp imo.
You can bypass defence, you cannot bypass heals -

I relooked at the build and edited what I wrote, without the debuffs your damage will be too smallget the debuffs in there and rule all.
and they are not debuffers, they are blastfenders -
um.... you do know that rad/psi blastfenders are pvp fotms
though you have found the wrong way of going about it, without the debuffs to raise your attack power your attacks will be hampered by low damage

I personally view Arena pvp as (depending on opponent) requiring a higher skill set than zones. Generally it's a fairer fight, even teams, one set of inspirations, you can tweak factors like the time limit, level, things like travel powers, invis, tactical start.
Arena PvP is highly customisable and therefore more suited to organised events, in my opinion.
The Arena also has the major advantage of being able to do small fights (1v1, 2v2 etc...) with relative ease, without anyone interupting it. People 1v1'ing in zones should go to the arena, when I hit a zone I don't want to see an argument over broadcast because some guy "just wanted to fight his friend". IT'S WHAT THE GOD DAMN ARENA IS FOR!
@Hammerfall: I wouldn't say that the US PvP zones handle 100+ players on a regular basis, at all.

Arena pvp is humongously buggy years after going live
Arena is massively undynamic and slow to set up for more than duels as anyone who has tried to set up an event which includes more than your usual clique
Arena is a number crunch and there is little poetry to it, by this i mean its timed so its merely smash as fast as you can as often as you can, there is little opportunity for subtlety or innovation.
Its massively uncustomisable, you cant even chose a map relevant to your numbers, how many times have we been stuck with the damn office map with a crazy amount of people?
Arena needs fixing, it wouldnt take much to resolve it either -
the lack of KB protection means that you will find yourself being juggled silly in pvp, I would recommend getting cj, sj and acro for pvp
lose flashing steel
lose TP foe, unless you are teleganking it will come back to bite you against a competant foe.
Lose spiderlings, all they will do is reveal where you are
If you lose those 3 and get in cj, sj and acro (which i strongly recommend) I would also take a long hard look at what else you could lose and get in divine avalance as this can increase your defence in melee by nearly 50% (double stacked with 3 def buffs in it) making you all but untouchable -
It depends entirely on what you want it for, my bs/sr has 1 attack untill lvl 26 but I dont think anyone who has fought her will berate her so I wont harp on about order of powers past this, if this is a respec build for high level pvp or pve it doesnt matter when you take the powers so long as the slotting is right, if this is your leveling intention from lvl 1 then yes, it needs work.

only put 1 slot in resiliance, its base resistance is rubbish so 1 slot is enough, you take this purely for the auto disorient protection.
end mod in zzap is useless, its end drain is too low to be useful and you have no other powers to synergise that with, throw some damages in there -

I would recommend trying to fit hasten in, and 3 recharge placate for PvE. Placate gives u the oppotunity to either assassin strike or use ur next most powerful move (if u are being interrupted), and get the magical 100% unresisted "critical" .
In my experience in PvP, u can absorb 3 holds with a 10mag mez protection; and blasters get 4 holds in their primary (Ive read). Comparing cj/sj/acro with tp foe/tp self, tp self render useless -fly -jump; whereas if a controller is stacking holds on u out of reach, the only sensible thing to do is run.

Sadly stalker criticals are not nearly as good as scrapper ones as the critical portion is resisted just the same as the first part
Blasters can get 4 holds but only through primary, secondary and an epic, these 4 holds will break mez protection but 3 will not, blaster holds are a lower mag than controllers/dominators -
well you certainly need to respec or play gimped to get the slots to fix your character, dont be disheartened, we all mess it up at some point.
You need to drop barrage
Drop jump kick
5 slot bonesmasher
5 slot AS
you need a teavel power

Hmm... 600% damage boost, or auto invis... Given if it became an inherent, as i put, AoE auto defense, inherents mostly have little to no end costs, so if that were to happen, it would cause the "balance" of stalkers to become even more off.

Reread my post, im not saying to replace it, its a stupid idea, giving hide as a clickable inherant toggle at the expense of Assasination and critical hitting would render the whole AT obsolete. All stalkers would gain would be one more secondary power, big whoop

i dont think no scrapper wud beat my tank, i no that a scrapper cant beat my tank, why? because im not gonna stand toe to toe with a scrapper am i. if i did id die and lose hard. the first rule of pvp is knowing when to fight and when to run. i no i cant beat a scrapper unless they are very poor and they dont have enough dmg or containment abilities to kill me fast enough or pin me down.
im happy to fight any type of scrapper with my fire tank, altho it will extremely boring
also i dont have either tough or weave as they arent needed
