Your right, anyone can go ina nd attack rthe monsters and farm for EOE's as is the same in PI. I hadn't thought of the stray GM's getting droned (I'm not sure what the statistics of this are given it's been happening the last few raids). What I am trying to get to them is if someone is tryimng to raid and is unsuccessful then we as the leaders could help them and thus get more people trained in leading the various teams as well as raids themselves. We Farmed PI for EOE's prior to the raid yesterday and may have to have to this or as you suggest.

Incarnate: My main is a level 50 dark melee/regen scrapper has all of available incarnate slots unlocked and filled with a power of my choice. I do not have any level shifts. The closest to getting a level shift is the Alpha slot. But I need a notice of the well in order to do that. So here are my questions. I am on the Protector server. If I had to I could change servers, because the SG that I am in is basically dead. Most of the players have moved on and quit playing, from what I am told.
1. When is the best time to do the weekly strike target? I ask this because as far as I know this is the fastest way of getting a notice of the well. I have tried queuing up using the LFG system but was not able to get into the weekly strike target.
2. Does anyone these days do the weakly strike target? I ask because I think that many already have all alpha slots maxed. So they do not need anything from the weekly strike target.
3. Do I have to change servers in order to get the job done?
4. What trials outside of the first two (have done them already) can I take part in. Where I actually would be able to contribute to the league? I do not want to be a dead weight that cannot do a single thing. I like earning what I get in a game. I am willing to fight for it.
So basically you have access to unlimited points on the Beta and Test environment to make sure that a) people have access to the things the devs want us to test and b) make sure that they are actually purchasable from the market. The devs would never charge players (by making them buy points on Beta/Test) to test things for them.
As far as level shifts going, your Rare and Very Alphas will give you a +1 level shift in all content (assuming you're not exemp below level 45).
For the remaining two level shifts, they only apply when you're in an Incarnate Trials or present in the new Dark Astoria (and its missions)
In regard to which trials to do and when, you will get varying answers to that question.
My opinion is this:
(Minimum Shifts)
+0/+1 = Lam, BAF and Keyes
+1/+2 = Underground
+2/+3 = TPN, MoM, DD

In all seriousness though... last 3 months... Issue 22 went Live. We got a revamped Dark Astoria, a "solo/team friendly" Incarnate path, some new low(er) level story arcs, more SSA arcs including the conclusion (epic final mission map too), some new "Dark" power sets for controllers and dominators, and uhhh... stuff?
Those are the few things that come to mind off the top of my head. -

the most interesting part of this bug is that on the final mission eb romi can self rez stun everyone around him which is something he wont do on any other mission and this act will consume av romi's essences so if your team is too weak to overcome romi and heals this can be a god send.

I'm at work so I can't load this into Mids, but a couple of suggestions right off the bat:
For Combat Jumping, I would just use the base slot. Add the LotG Def and the Def IO will not give you anything substantial. (Off the top of my head), CJ gives you a base of 2.5% so you will basically be adding 80% of 2.5%... so you get an extra 1-2% def for 2 slots when they can be better placed elsewhere.
I would put a LotG +Rech into Phalanx Fighting instead of the Kismet, but that's personal preference.
Also, if you're going with Spiritual Alpha, I would take the 3rd slot off Hasten and put it elsewhere. You can easily do with double slotting with level 50 common IOs. The 3rd slot won't give you much extra, and the Alpha will compensate for that anyway.

Even though this is a bug, I kinda like it.
It would make more sense if it was a pre-Nitcus Romulus showing up as an EB in various missions though, kind of like how a general will fight with their troops at different battles. -
It should be noted that posting responses from GM's on the forums is against forum rules.
Either way, this happens on Virtue as well (and I'd safely assume other servers too).
For what it's worth, I've idled in the Hive and seen monsters "roam" near the drones and get themselves droned. So it's not necessarily a player or players griefing the zone.
Between in-game email, SG storage and remote auction house, there are alternative ways of getting EoEs. -

I was just going to post something to that extent.
According to Paragon Wiki, Infernal's description says he's from an alternate earth to begin with.
However, during Maria's arc you do come across a Praetorian version of him... so... who knows? -
When I saw the "Mecha Armor" at first glance I thought it was a defensive power set and not a costume set.
It still sounds cool, but a Titan Weapon / Mecha Armor Brute sounds more awesome
My initial thought was that it would be something similar to Stone Armor for Tanks and Brutes.
The various t1 - t8s would be different armors overlays or gadgets that circled around you with the t9 being something similar to Granite Armor making you a Techno Bad-pancake!

Either way, if posting a Calendar of events would take "months" to get added to the website, I don't see any harm in having it on the forums in the interim.
Also, the cynical side of me says "Well, they probably don't want to post a schedule so people see 'the new shiny' every week and impulse buy so they would have to buy more points when something they want more comes out later, but they didn't know when it was coming out." Yes, I'm that cynical. -

Also, you can use "/maxinactivefps 5" (without the quotes) on either instance, this way which ever one is in the background will not be using your full CPU/Graphics Card power.
It really helps improve performance.

Call me cynical, but I bet Marketing will never let the upfront tokens/points happen.
By not doing so, impatient players (which I'm guilty of) will buy additional points for their tokens to get to the reward level they want.

If you want use of the Incarnate System (Alpha included) then you have to subscribe.
There is no way to access Incarnate Content outside of being VIP.
However, if the Incarnate stuff doesn't float your boat, then I agree with what you're saying.
