yah, i dont think NCSoft really affects the games, they just fund some parts and get x amount of royalties and stuff... being the producers not the developers, i could be wrong though.

it doesnt mean the SS/SJ was brought on by pvp. It just happened at the same time... i dont see how you can prove their related...

i dont think you realize that an MMO is constantly changing, and fixes or nerfs are going to be here with every issue till the end of time... i guarantee you that... its inevitable. When you go to Guild Wars, you will experience the same thing, constant nerfs and fixes... its the name of the genre.

As for enemies not getting a similair buff, would you like to give enemies enhancement slots to? to follor OUR RULES, sure, nerf the enemies to follow our rules, but then they get SOs and watch how you feel about that. Before you scream about following the same rules, think about the consequences.

wouldnt this idea want to make people "gank" lower lvl players. If there was an entire trial/TF that could only be unlocked by being mean to someone else and causing frustration, i dont think thats something a dev wants...

Also, what if you accidently kill someone, and are in jail for 2 hours... that would SUCK!!!

i think its all up in speculation... i believed devs have said '05, but not early (ie jan, feb, march)

im sure this has already been said. but for reduncy sake. States has made a post saying that the 14th is not official. Plus, the interview is horrible (the fifth element, stripa isle, etc. etc.) w/ spelling mistakes .

my friends (and many others) say that regen is now even more godlike. Maybe if you would change your tactics, open your mind, and find something out for yourself, youll realize that just because one way of life is gone, doesnt mean life itself is.

i believe states said in an interview that stretching might be one thing they cant do, due to techonology limitations and the such.

IMO i think coralax will be an underwater AT because ive seen some talk from states that underwater and planets will eventually be added, notime soon tho, and the coralax/incarnate is supposed to be post-CoV so maybe we will see underwater by then.

i think states ability to toy with us is one of his benefits. He gets a crappy dental plan but every few hours he gets to make our heads spin in weird circles.

1.) will there be any changes to make the defender secondaries closer to the blaster primaries. Kind of how i feel the secondaries for controllers are comparable to defender primaries?

Controller is the only AT i havent brought to 15 or higher, but i still have some concerns as its going to be my main char till E-ATs:

1.) Will jack frost and animate stone looked into as far as there usefullness while grouping and soloing goes, to be on par with Phant/imps or the CC of singularity. I saw some updates to jack/poo man in patch notes before, but as i cant test them and havent really been paying attention to the controller boards, im not sure if there getting better already.

2.) As ive stated, i havent payed much attention to contr. boards, so this could of already been answered: Will there be future attention payed to the ability to control your pets (ie. pet stay, guard, run away, attack, etc. etc.)?

Non Contr.:
1.) One of the reasons i think regen is considered powerful right now is because of unclassifide damage. Regen heals hp back, instead of using major defensive powers. However, defense powers sometimes do nothign against unclassifide damage (i.e. hammi, vahz, hydra, etc.) and making them weaker against thoughs types. I read early on that unclassifide would be fixed, however, that was pre update 1 and i havent heard anything yet. I also believe this is the major reason why vahz are such a low lvl crisis.

Please stop rambling on about regen (i know your last post or 2 wasnt regen based) its really getting old fast. States said it was a small tweak. If IH is a Major power, then it wont be effected by a small tweak. Or if it is, itll be a small tweak to IH and shouldnt effect you enough to make you gimped, please realize this and stop stalking the thread for an answer to your continous inquiry.

just because they havent released much info months before the issue 3 release, doesnt me it is small or large. issue 2 just came out about a month ago, and they have no obligation to tell us everythign that is part of update 3. What if they have a secret plan to double the size of paragon city, but just want everyone to die of a heartattack when logging on after the patch?
