If not removed then at least cut down. Sometimes i need to use it after every other fight and i end up standing around, wasting time.

  3. I know Champions has like an Ice Surfing thing, i think that would be pretty cool.
  4. This would be a really cool powerset!

    Combat Teleport

Other than the animation time, you can do this *now* far more controllably by either (a) setting up a bind or (b) just putting the power on the tray. Select, click, boom and it's out of the way.
Then the rings could be a different color. Instead of a clear it could be blue or something.

Sure you could do something like this, but going immobile at the end would be gone. That's why i also suggested modifying the current teleport, it's already not a great travel power unless you have the bind but it's still slow even then.

If you have it toggled on, you teleport where you clicked. Currently the power requires you to keep turning on the power.

I was thinking it would be added after Teleport Foe but before Teleport. It would be unlocked at level 10.

    Combat Teleport

I was on a team the other day and one of the people was new to the game. He had just 14 and was asking our opinions on which Travel Power to pick. It ended up with a conversation about Nightcrawler and Teleport.

My idea, is to add a new power to the Teleport Power Pool called Combat Teleport. It's a toggle power that is pretty much Teleport except takes less time to teleport and has a shorter range.
The point of this is so that it's harder for enemies to hit and you could teleport behind them and then attack.

I'm not sure if this too much work for such a little reward, but my guess is it wouldn't be too hard. Or it maybe just turn this into the Teleport power so that it's better.

    A 3D Option?

As far as I'm concerned, coloured paper glasses 3D needs to die in a fire. It's a dead-end technology that, despite its recent and inexplicable popularity, is an utter dead end. Fake hologram perspective does more to hurt your eyes than it does to improve the experience. It relies on light-filtering glasses, which dull and dim the image, it causes confusion and detracts from the actual contents of what you're seeing and even when it works perfectly, your brain simply tunes it out almost on the spot.

I've avoided watching movies in 3D before, but I couldn't avoid watching Avatar in 3D because that's the only ******* version of the movie they show in cinemas. After giving myself a headache, a bad case of crosseye and missing practically half of what happened in that movie, I'm determined to never see anything in 3D ever again. The faster this gimmick dies, the faster something actually decent can be invented, or at the very worst, we can watch movies and play games the old-fashioned way without gimmicks interfering with the experience.
I love it when people post exactly what I was going to post.
  9. I think that the GMs should actually be doing things. For instance, Lusca's tentacles are smashing buildings are flinging civilians around. Something that actually puts the city in danger instead of just sitting there.

Since vehicles will never work, let our heroes mooch!
  11. I would love to see vehicles in the game, but it's not going to happen. There's too much work for something the majority (a guess) won't use. If the Devs ever feel like doing all the work to put vehicles in, i would be very happy. But there are other things i want more and other things we all need.

Those are the ones i can see happening, not so much /e guzzlekeg but i would love to see it!
  13. Currently, we only drink coffee and tea.I think there should more to offer more choices of drinks.
    /e drinkbottle
    /e drinkcan
Those are the two most important ones i can think of.
  14. Then just add a puzzle option to AE. That way if you want hard puzzles, missions with hard puzzles will be labeled so.
  15. I like the puzzles idea. I was actually thinking of that awhile back. The serious mission, not so much. There doesn't really seem like a point.
  16. I wouldn't mind seeing some fire trucks or Ambulances rushing through the steet (does everyone have the auto-teleport? Or just heroes?) A fire house i think would be the most needed. And maybe have some NPC firemen at the fire that don't actually help put the fire out but look like they're helping (police at troll rave)

    I like the Spiderbots too
  18. The best way would be to make it it's own Powerset. Each tier is a new creature.
  19. I really like the entrance.

I agree they should up the rate. But not by too much because then there would be no challenge.

    Yes!

I do like the idea of the Hellion stick up.

It would be pretty funny if they tried to run away and you had to chase them down.

    Bank

Maybe just add it to SG vaults and have a pool of inf for anyone to give or take from.
  24. Nothing for heroes. They already have too many zones. There are certain zones that need revamps though.
When i came to this thread i was thinking something like Gotham City at the end of Batman Begins. More like you described in Apocalypse City. Huge dark buildings, dark sky all the time, not many citizens (if so, hobos) It'll be the place where they thought they could have a good part but it just went downhill.

Enemies would be: Lost, Trolls, Infected, RIP here and there, Banished Pantheon, and Contaminated (from outbreak.)

That's the kind of zone i was thinking of. A Steel Canyon with a Dark Astoria feel.
