Anything that helps out base builders be more creative is always a good idea.
You know what I really wish to get but know will never happen? Cave Decor. I know "BATCAVE" has been done to death but it would be a nice place to hang out with my fellow Villains that doesn't either look like a sewer or a heroes base.
A tank of sharks would be fun for the villains out there.

That would be perfect for some sort of underwater base. Or maybe windows that look out into a space scape? I'd also love some more arachnos/vanguard/longbow/council/etc items, for VGs connected to those groups in their lore.
Also ACTUAL Villain base Items. I want my VG to look like it belongs to a Villain. Black furniture, Intimidating thrones, bags of loot piled up, etc. Tech looks like a hero style and Arcane is, well, arcane. Think about Grandville. I want that kind of atmosphere for my Villain Base.
Or the council and arachnos missions. Those work as well. More arachnos stuff...or more stuff themed after villain groups or hero groups such as the Freedom Phalanx or the Vanguard. Sometimes a supergroup has it's origins connected to these guys ya know.
Ok I was thinking about this going through RV and RWZ, why not have a disabled Heavy or Heavies, as a base decoration piece? it'll be cool as a trophy or something to add to the over all addition to the entire SG base.. I'm not sure if this is a good idea but I would love to have a Disabled Heavy standing guard among the Base..
