Prob should check back but too lazy. Anyway, with the introduction of Titan Weapons there are two Japanese weapons I'd like to see.

There's an issue with the SG Ranks in that I can't give anyone their proper ranking unless they're online. Hlaalu is suppose to be taking the rank right bellow mine, as I'm making her Second in Command.

Tights Defense (For legs and torso) with the torso having the Sharp Pattern. Anything else can be changed to match your race's culture, so long as you keep the chest and legs the same. Boots, Gloves, Chest Details, Shoulders, Belts, Auras, Back Details and off course any head options can be done as you see fit.

Need a better background image, my only complaint. Maybe get us a logo too if any of you are artistic. Would like to get a 'theme music' for the Home page and any suggestions on overall appearance is nice. Keep in mind that webs.com is pretty limited on what I can do with the website. -

Q: What are we going to call this group? There have been many names in fiction, so we have to watch out there. I think star should be part of the name so that it can be the team emblem as well. Star Union? Stellar Confederation?

I'm a Christian and I LOVE Supernatural. Mainly Castiel up until the whole purgatory thing.
Anyway:
I vote Magic, since it makes more sense than Natural. Look at it from a Dungeons and Dragons view.
Divine Magic are powers given to one through worship of their chosen deity.
Arcane Magic are powers obtained through knowledge and study of Arcana.
Main difference being, while it can take someone YEARS of training to perfect the use of Arcane Magic (lol Harry Potter), it takes about half that time or less for Divine Magic users since it's solely reliable on their faith alone. Basically, the more religious a Divine Magic user is, the more powerful they become. -

Which outfit do you guys like more? Keep in mind that head detaisl, chest details, shoulders, belts, gloves and boots can be changed depending on your character's culture.
A. Defense top of bottom (tights) with Pattern 2 as the design.
B. Defense Top (tight) with Sharp design and Slacks (pants) with the Tuxedo Design.

Well, Virtue. It's my home server. First server I played on. I only have characters on one other server and that's Exalted. I prefer people on Virtue anyway, tend to be more friendly in most cases.
So, we just need to work together and think up a backstory. I think the SG base should be the organization's forward outpost on Earth story wise. -
Alright, maybe we should start planing?
Personally, I was thinking uniforms like this:
Basically, a full jumpsuit with a specific pattern. The standard will be pure black (standard crew members), with costumes having the secondary color being for people who fill certain roles. If we use tights, then that leaves belt, shoulders, chest detail and gloves open for anything that would be unique to the culture of that alien.
What do you guys think of this ranking system:
Black/Black = Standard Crew (generic NPCs for any AE missions we wish to make)
Black/Grey = Apprentices/Trainees
Black/White = Medics/Healers
Black/Bronze = Engineers/Technicians/Pilots
Black/Silver = Security/Soldiers/Law Enforcers
Black/Gold = Commanders/Leaders
The legs would have to be pants though, of course. -
I was just wondering if any Retro SciFi RP SGs exist? If not, would anyone like to start one up with me?
By Retro SciFi, I mean shows like Star Trek (Classic or Generation), Lost in Space, Classic Battlestar, Buck Rogers and so on.
Basically the SG base will be the ship the crew serves on. Anyone in a red shirt is automatically canonfodder. I'll even be up to making AE missions about it and I think it would be fun for a group to get together and write up the backstory of the crew and what they're doing on Earth and the various alien races that may be among the crew. -
I got a character named Von Carstein. He's been around since the 1700s and is a master of Dark Magic and Necromancy. Wouldn't be hard to say he came up with some demonic spells too. When he hits Level 10, I'm opening a villain SG called the Carstein Legacy for Demons and Dark Magic users. They're gonna be an evil version of the Legacy Chain.

So, I got a new character I made called Von Carstein, he's been alive since the 18th century and is a Necromancer/Dark Sorcerer. In his profile I gave him a group/organization he leads called The Carstein Legacy and I am looking to see if I could get enough interest built up for me to make it an SG, as currently the group will only make appearances in some AE missions I'm planning.
DETAILS:
The Carstein Legacy are those chosen by Von Carstein for skills in the dark arts and other reasons. The SG is highly themed after classic horror monsters, such as Vampires, Werewolves, Swamp Monsters, Frankenstein and so on, as well as Dark Magic/Sorcery. I decided that since it is nearing Halloween, I would start a character I had planned for some time now. Mad Scientists, Creatures of the Dark, Witches, Sorcerers, Necromancers and even Psychics will be allowed to join the SG. I guess the overall theme of the SG is Halloween. I might even feature some of the members in the AE missions if they give me permission to.
AE MISSIONS:
I am planning two sets of AE missions, both about 6 chapters long, each chapter featuring 3 part mission chains. A set for Villains/Rogues and a set for Heroes/Vigilantes. One will feature The Carstein Legacy collecting and stealing rare artifacts to summon a powerful demon, the other will have a hero group, not sure who to use yet, trying to stop them from pulling this off. Both will end in an interesting twist, but I'll keep that a secret. ^_^ -
