I actually have seen this. I was on a cavern of Trancendence trial years ago, and we had HULK. on our team (lol) Mid mission while we are beating up trolls we all see him go running into the next group...then poof! he turns from a gamma green giant into a rainbow colored generic costume and is now named Generic 00101293784...lol

He of course gets furious and /RAGEQUITS the TF, dooming us to a restart.

I actually think one of our group was the one who reported him, and we all had a good laugh about it, although no one fessed up to being the narc. Needless to say its one of the funnier things Ive ever seen in game.

I cant remember his exact tirade before his /RAGEQUIT, but it was also epic. I just wish I had screenshotted the event.

Its not really IF you can solo a pylon on a softcap blaster...its HOW FAST?

I think the DM and Claws scrappers were putting out times under 5-6 mins.

I havent timed my Fire/em on a pylon, but I have soloed a few - next time I will have to pay attention to the time.

What do people think would be a good time for a pylon on a blaster?

I wonder if Sonic softcapped wouldnt be fastest... but all I have are fire/em, fire/mm, and ice/ice with softcap builds. After my current in game projects are over I might have to visit this idea to see what kind of times I come up with for the different builds.

Anyone got a time to post as a benchmark?

I duo this TF in 1:15 minutes consistently. Dont take away my merit maker just because people cant seem to understand running it at lvl 10 in a full group of melee is insane.

Run it in a duo or trio of ranged/support and you too can profit from this badly designed TF!

I seriously cant make close to the merits/hour I make on this TF with anything else, but I understand the design flaws that make this a nightmare for low lvl toons it was actually designed for... but I still loves my easy merits.

My vid card got old and bad a few years back and I had to switch to lower settings to play at all for a week. not a fun week.

If I had to play like that all the time I would rather not play.

If in basic gameplay I cannot accept buffs and fully contribute to my teams I would rather not play.

Memory is cheap, a decent card is pretty cheap. make it work. or play something that your computer can support... like minesweeper...

You realise the +regen of those Ios is increased by your health heal slotting right? I would throw a 6th slot in there and use a Numinas heal to up my %s for regen.

I like to slot my health to ED cap if possible when using the +regen IOs, since they also benefit.

Plus you get an extra 12% regen set bonus that way too.

Pancea +HP/End
Numina +regen/Rec
Numina heal
Miralce heal
Miracle +rec
Regen tissue +regen

Thats the best rich guy slotting I guess. I personally use all but the Pancea unique and I have a Numinas heal/end in its place for the HP bonus and capped heal % in health. I aint paying 400 mil for no pancea, and Im a one account guy so theres no easy way to farm one.

This is why I solo, online gaming seems to attract alot of these. I sill keep JS on a tab when I play, but have found it harder and harder to listen in nowdays with all the attention [censored] going on.

With the changes to /Energy for Doms I have been patiently waiting for some changes to Grav/ so I can get her past 39 after 4 years of poor gameplay options.

I would welcome changes to Grav distortion (lower rech), Wormhole (lower activation plus increased radius), and undoubtably dimension shift (remove/replace/completely revamp) as these are the most glaring problems of the set IMO, but tweaking lift/propel would also be more then welcome- especially propel for doms... without containment its not good.

so /signed. Grav is a cool powerset which really needs some love to get on track/on par with the other control sets (especially for Doms).
